definitely scam. I ordered three "knit sweaters". nothing like the pictures. they are not "knit" they are printed on nylon. Very cheap. returns are impossible. do not buy from this company.

The material used is not as pictured. The description and picture on their website suggested a woolen or knitted fabric. What arrived is a plastic polyester fire hazard. The colour is similar to advertised item but that's about it. Cuffs are different, buttons are different and waistband is different. I ordered a small and that's about the only thing they got right. Don't trust this site! Don't waste your money WHAT YOU SEE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET!! BUYER BEWARE!

Not cheap but nasty. Bought two knit pullovers, adverstised as knitted. Products are 100% polyester. Absolutely revolting.

this company makes you jump through hoops to return an item that arrived not even close to what was ordered. You need to contact them to find out how to send it back and the only way they responded was after i had my credit card company involved. Then they kept making offers rather than giving me info on how to return for a full refund.

The product is not particularly high-quality and some of the stitching was poor. It does not look or fit like the photos I saw. It took two emails in about four days for them to get back in touch with me to return it. They have told me that maybe I can give it to someone else and they would be happy to send me a 15% refund. This is a $50 plus item.
I have told them I don't want to give it to anybody and want a full refund. We'll see what happens. I still don't have the address to send it back to. Now it seems that this has to be sent back overseas at my expense.

This looks like a rebadged Rowe and Mercer Website. Same graphics, etc, and same dodgy products/service. All the reviews reveal the same experience. A very poor quality product is shipped and when a refund/return is requested they go through the same process - ignore, seek further information, offer partial refund but only after you pay to return the product. They wear you down so you eventually give up. Be very careful with this China-based company

I am writing a second review of this disgusting company!
I've tried to return the very ugly, cheap looking shirt I purchased. They asked for a picture of the object, the address label and a screenshot of my confirmation of purchase. That was fine, I did it. They then tried to convince me to give it to someone else and would give me a 10% refund in good faith. I asked for a full refund and the best they can do is 20%.
Stay away from them! The products are beyond sub par and are not what you ordered at all.

Just received my order and have to agree with the other reviews that I just read!! ANOTHER wipe-off. The items are of sub-standards and if I had known that it was coming from CHINA I would have not wasted my money!! The items were NOT as pictured and WERE NOT made as shown 😡 I have finally learned my lesson!!

I ordered corduroy shorts (advertised as 100% cotton). I received a flimsy pair of 100% polyester shorts - cheap, nasty and unwearable. When I enquired about a refund, I was told that I had misread the advertising and they had sent me the correct product. This was despite me sending links/photos of what was advertised and the product received, including the label on the pants received stating 100% polyester. After some back and forth, they offered me a refund, but only if I bore the cost of shipping the item back to them. They further pointed out that it would be expensive as their warehouse was in China. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Another clotheswear scam company like Melia & Co. Google is littered with these scam clothing websites. Elovard is no exception. As with other similar sites, everything is priced uniformly and too cheaply for good-quality clothing. If anything does arrive, it will be sub-standard rubbish direct from China. You have been warned. Purchase at your peril.
