Total Scam, i ordered 4 suits for my groomsmen for my wedding and they never sent them and never returned emails or calls, so i am just out the money i spent with them

Zero star if that was possible. After several emails and responses my question re sizing still wasn’t answered - alarm bells should have rung then but I decided as the product looked lovely I’d risk it so I ordered it. After waiting for 2 weeks for delivery the item, a kimono, arrived in a completely crumpled state and with stitching on two seams unravelled. Additionally the quality of the fabric in my opinion was not good. I emailed the company asking for a refund but have not received an acknowledgement or reply. I have also completed an on line enquiry form twice and just get back a reply along the lines of how can I help you. When I respond to that I get no reply. Needless to say I will not be using this company again. I will now take this up through another source.

Update to above review:
Since posting the review I have received a reply from Eloryn Apparel regarding the
faulty and awful state of my purchase: unbelievable! not only will I not be returning the faulty item to China at my own expense nor will I take up their offer for a 30% refund and 30% off my next purchase as there most definitely won’t be a next purchase!

You really coulldn’t make this up! Eloryn have now come back again and said after their last offer of 20% (not so as they offered me 30% refund!!) “they would now like to make me an even better offer” and that offer was 50% refund and 20% credit off a future item and keep the faulty one!!!! As I said you couldn’t make this charade up! Avoid at all costs!

Eloryn responded to my complaint here on Trustpilot so I followed up with them as they requested and retold the whole story. I thought I would hear something back from them. And you guessed it - they didn't respond. It's really awful and so many other people have had the exact experience. I hate being duped. So buyer beware!

BUYERS BEWARE I placed an order. I am now trying to return as it is too small. The sizes run really small. I placed another order for a larger size. I have contacted them twice now only to be ignored. I WILL. NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM THIS SITE. They have no contact after they have your money

Don’t buy from these. Emailed several times when my goods didn’t arrived. Always polite but no solid answers and no name on emails,tracking didn’t work. Said it was going to deliver never did. Going to investigate blah blah blah AVOID AVOID AVOID

Products shown on website are fake. What they send you is cheap and awful. Products come from China. They then ignore your emails and never reply when you reach out to demand a return and refund.

I orderd 2 x Asymmetrical Sweater | Cashmere Blend | Elegant & Comfortable. What was sent is embarrassing like a fleece that you'd use for a school play costume.

These Cashmere Blend sweaters are sold by several other retailers. Sadly for you eloryn, I have one from elsewhere. It matches exactly the images you have on your website. So I have a direct comparison of what the Sweater should look like and what eloryn has instead sent me. To break it down
1. Item on website is false advertising.. its not what they send you
2. What is sent is so bad ... its a very cheap fleece that looks nothing like the advertised photos
3. The items sent are poorly sewn again like a school costume someone stitches in a rush ... you would never wear this outside in public

Still awaiting my order. No email confirmation, can see money come out of my bank. Called the number on website doesn’t go through.

Total con artists. This is a fake store, designed to look legit.

They take your money and fail to deliver your goods. And then spew out all manner of ludicrous excuses.

Almost certainly a Chinese counterfeit operation with a UK presence (run by someone from their bedroom), but not a professional, legitimate outfit. Very likely they are the same company behind Monsta Online, Deloxusa, Puili and Rurob, the latter of which is very aptly named.

The other reviews here are clearly either written by bots, hired hands with a very poor grasp of English, or by the "company" itself.

Hopefully Trading Standards will get to them soon - or better still, they'll defraud someone with a terrible temper, a love of dangerous dogs and a thirst for revenge.

I found the pajamas to be really good quality for the price. The material is soft and comfortable and suitable for both summer and winter. They fit true to size, but feel comfortably loose. I was very satisfied with them and bought more pairs in other colors. They washed well, and I’m very happy with this purchase.

A bit overprice for me. the quality is decent but the price just not make sense to me with what i got.

The right sleeve was not sewn properly So I returned it.

The store is good, fast response to the team, but I expect more payments solution.
