They shipped me 5 bars of expensive chocolate , in July, with no means/method of keeping them cool. They were completely melted upon arrival.

Please remember that in the summer days chocolate will melt. It states that on page and also on all chocolate products when adding to chart. Must purchase the ice packs for it.
It was by sheer luck I found them
It was by sheer luck I found them. I was looking for fruit syrups to make (non-carbonated) drinks. Lucky for me I found them. All orders have been promptly deliver. I only miss that they not always have everything in stock and sometimes they even had to short my orders. Well, I'm very happy with what I have received. Yes, I will recommend them to my friends.

I ordered chocolate and there was no special shipping procedures so the chocolate was melted by the time it was delivered. I would not order chocolate from them.

Plus -- minus
Plus: It came before date previously mentioned and I was immediately informed about delivery.
Minus: My written question about next purchase remained without any attention what shows me that your customer have to swallow such negligence and continue to pay THEIR MONEY silently!
Which does not fit my impression about good selling practice.
