Complicated dental treatment
Had complicated dental work carried out by Dr Panesar which I was very pleased with. Communication was excellent and planning efficient.
The dental nurse was supportive and worked through her lunch break to complete my treatment.
Overall I had excellent care

Good care for a nervous patient.
I am a nervous patient, but so far Dr Raj Panesar has enabled me to cope with the process of having two teeth crowned, and another crown is currently in progress. He is very patient, and where necessary adapted certain procedures to make them easier for me. His assistants and the other staff at the practice have all been friendly and helpful.

What's to worry about?!!
I have been attending the practice with Dr.Panesar and his team for over 6 years now. Always takes the time to explain everything within the course of treatment. Along with the new technology also thoroughly demonstrates it and listens to any concerns that may arise. Exceptional!!

There was a slight hick up on my visit…
There was a slight hick up on my visit today, but u can't plan when some equipment isnt working spontaneously. Very happy Claire kept me informed and made sure I was comfortable all the way though. Very glad Elm are my dentist.

Always a good experience coming here things are explained very well maybe could try and keep to appointment times if possible I no in some cases it’s difficult.last 3 appointments I’ve had have run late between 10 and 15 minutes.

Always a great experience at the Elms Dental Practice. Professional and courteous with both myself and my children when we visit. Thorough and comprehensive check ups, reception staff very friendly, dental plan available and clean and tidy environment. Thoroughly recommend.

I would really like to thank all at the elms dental practice. I have been a patient for 37 years and now my children come with me. My youngest son has sensory processing and finds anything to do with teeth/brushing hard to deal with. We have seen Jatinder Bachu for a long time now and he is the only dentist who has worked with my son and managed to get him in the chair. Today, my son did amazing and actually let Jatinder use the tools to look at his teeth and my daughter let him pull a tooth. He will be sorely missed by myself and my children as he has been great with them both.
