We purchased this lovely car Spring 2023 from Elliott Jarvis cars and another a couple of months later. Sadly the nissan had its whole wing mirror taken off by a lorry coming off the IOW Ferry. We asked Matt for help and he and Steve arranged for us to get a new one fitted by their guy. They even let me have a courtesy car for the.morning. These guys are simply the best! Helpful trustworthy and friendly. We would not buy anywhere else.

Being a bit of a petrol head I’m now on my 36th car of many different types..new and used, suvs and sports cars and family cars, some private but mostly from dealers…and these guys are up there with the best of them. No hard sell but very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars they sell and honest with the description of the cars on their website. I requested a few after market bits to be done at a cost to me obviously ( I.e infotainment unit, alloy protectors etc ) which they were more than happy to do and did a very professional job

Brought a car from Matt over the weekend and not a bad thing to say. Lovely guy, really genuine and clearly had your best interest in mind. Everything was done really quickly and he kept me up to date consistently. The car looked brand new and also drives like it. Also got a bottle of Prosecco with it which was a nice touch!

Steve was incredibly helpful to me when I returned a faulty car to another garage (nothing to do with elliotjarvis). Steve was so knowledgeable and kind he gave me advice and let me borrow their courtesy car to tide me over through a very difficult time. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new car to approach this business. If you are looking for a genuine trustworthy dealership they are the ones to approach.

💯% 5 star ratings, other garages would learn alot from Steve and Matt, wish I came here before when looking for a car, no pressure to take test drive, talk over problems you feel could happen, best bit cars ready to drive literally straight away, free coffee/tea, never any pressure at anytime, I couldn’t get finance via by bank but Matt using their contacts got me sorted straight away, opened on Sunday for me to collect due to my working hours (hopes Steve’s daughter won the football match he had to go to after), definitely will come back

We have recently purchased a family car from Elliot Jarvis cars. Steve greeted us with a warm welcome (tea and coffee) and was very professional. He answered all of our questions and worked around us when picking up our new motor. We will definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

And the guys at Elliot Jarvis Cars have done it again. Had a little issue with the o2 sensor on my Ibiza FR, called Steve and he got me in straight away to fix it. Gave me a car to have over the weekend and for my work commute. Incredible service yet again. Highly recommend this car Dealership. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!

Found a car I liked and had it within a couple days.

Can not even begin to describe how amazing it was to come across a garage that was as honest and helpful and elliot jarvis were. Matt was brilliant and couldn't do enough to help. After buying a wreck earlier in the year my confidence in people being honest about cars had gone through the floor. Matt completely understood how i felt about buying another second hand car but answered every question i had and went the extra mile just to help me (and my newborn son)! after a few months of driving my car I can honestly say I will not be going anywhere else to buy cars from now on. Thank you so much Matt for restoring not just my faith in people but making me enjoy driving again!

After having a recent bad experience buying a car privately, I decided to go to a dealer this time and spent a lot of time looking for the right car, I eventually found the car I wanted and it was at Elliot Jarvis. After reading the many great reviews on Trustpilot and Google I got in touch with them to enquire about the car I wanted, Matt and Steve have been SO helpful sorting things out for me, so friendly, not at all pushy, they aren't like car salesmen trying to talk you into things, they don't ask for deposits to reserve a car, they genuinely want to help and can't do enough for you :)
The whole process of finding the car, sorting the finance and taking the car away was smooth and easy. Their cars come with a clean MOT, service and 12 months warranty which really gives peace of mind.
I absolutely love my new car, if you're thinking about going with these guys I would 100% recommend them and have been recommending them to friends and family! I'm hoping my car will last me many years but when the time does come to get a new one I would definitely return to Elliot Jarvis as I have total faith in them and I consider them the best place to buy a used car :)

From start to finish there was nothing but great customer service from everyone at Elliot Jarvis Cars. No pressure was made into making a sale or adding extras on. Simply put, if the car wasn't right I wouldn't have bought it. I will gladly recommend to my friends should they ever be looking for a new car that this a go-to car dealer. .

Very positive experience. Matt was very approachable and answered all our queries promptly, even late into the evening. The car was presented in an excellent condition and no pressure to buy was made. Sales package very comprehensive and carried out without faff!

I know these guys have a raft of five star reviews, but honestly they deserve them. Pre sales comms were brilliant, Matt was awesome on the day, helpful, considerate and respectful. We took up his entire morning and he was friendliness and professionalism personified.

We were wary about buying a used car after a bad experience elsewhere and Matt understood that and allowed us our time and space to really examine the car and go over it with a fine tooth comb.

Post sale comms have also been excellent, he had checked in to see how we are getting on and to confirm the warranty for us.

Would thoroughly recommend and would definitely visit Elliott Jarvis cars again.
