Recently handed my property to this business through Alan Dante. I received a brillant service throughout. Alan was friendly, efficient and helped me prepare my property for rent. I hope to continue to receive the high standard of service with them whilst they manage my property.

I’ve only been a tenant for a couple of weeks. Recently reported a problem with my old bath tap. Kareena was excellent and responded promptly to my reported repair. A contractor was sent within an hour. Chris was fantastic.

Avoid like the plague!! Their contracts are one sided with no break clauses (always demand break clauses in contracts with them), your property will get damaged and staff can be rude! You will not have a contract with the tenants directly therefore making re-mortgage difficult. it’s easier to rent to tenants direct. My review in one word is AVOID!

Rude staff and management- They have lots of properties but they are unable to manage them. Most of the properties are either mouldy (to hide they normally paint over) or comes with rodent. Nightmare for the landlords and tenants

Elliot Leigh are inept estate agents. They have no care for the property they manage, especially when the tenants have left. They refuse to respond to forms of communication with an on going unresolved matter that they are accountable for. On the rare occasion they do respond to communication, their staff are incredibly rude and lack any form of professionalism.

Elliot Leigh fail to maintain the property they manage. Their staff are rude and fail to address any problems raised. Any complaints made are just ignored. One star is being generous, if it is possible to give a minus score I would of.

They really know their business and knowledge of what landlords want from an agent. Top advice and a great service throughout the Company
