I received the pills in a bag instead of the box shown in the advertisement. Medication and supplements should be properly packaged and stored, so this was very disappointing and concerning.

On top of that, I later discovered that I had to pay extra for the gold decanter, even though the advertising gave the impression that it was included.

Overall, I find the marketing misleading and the presentation of the product unacceptable. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I’ve been taking the collagen for 7 months now and I love it. My skin & nails have seen the biggest change. Absolutely amazing. And the customer portal is amazing so easy to use tells you everything you need to know about your subscription, points earned etc. also the points earned every month which can be used as money off your nxt monthly subscription is fab! My husband purchased me the golden pill gift set after months of complaining about the symptoms of perimenopause.
Every woman should be taking these! I was so sceptical before I started but after completing the 90 days I have just signed up to the monthly subscription. I honestly can’t ever see myself without these now, I’m calmer, less anxious and can actually tolerate people again.

I always remember the first job I got, it was at a local building society where I learnt second to non customer service, that was back when I was 18 years old, I’m now 42.

I started these golden pills in my 30s and temporarily stopped due to pregnancy and breastfeeding. I am now back on them with vengeance, noticing if I haven't had them for a day. I also take the magnesium and collagen, and whilst I haven't noticed huge changes or benefits with the collagen, my hairdresser commented how big my hair growth was in 6 weeks, so perhaps others are noticing it!

I’ve been taking the Elle Sera collagen for 3 months. I’m 44 and in full peri menopause mode. After 3 weeks I noticed my skin overall was more hydrated. After 5 weeks I noticed I didn’t need as much moisturiser or body cream. I’ve noticed a decrease in fine lines and wrinkles as my skin is no longer feeling dry. I’ve noticed my skin looks good, my nails are strong and the little thin baby hairs around my face are getting stronger.
My only real issue with continuing is the price. It seems a lot of fancy packaging for only a little bit of product. The caps are sometimes difficult to snap off and i find myself tipping my head right back to get the product out as the tubes can’t be squeezed.
So in short I’d say great product that works, but maybe spend a bit less on packaging and pas that discount onto the customers.
