Excellent Service
We used Ella James to purchase the furniture for our nursery, and although there were a few hiccups along the way (as can happen), Georgia was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. Her excellent customer service and support made all the difference — we honestly cannot thank Georgia enough for her help! We’re really pleased with both the furniture and the overall experience, and would strongly recommend Ella James to anyone.

Love the products on the website and any questions I have are dealt with promptly. I always receive my products quickly and being visually impaired I find the website easy to navigate. Was one of my best finds in 2024!

I absolutely love Ella James, everything I’ve bought from them has been beautiful — really great quality and exactly as pictured. You can tell a lot of care goes into what they do, from the design to the way everything’s packaged.
My order arrived quickly. The customer service has also been brilliant — friendly, helpful, and really quick to reply.
It’s rare to find a shop that has such lovely products and genuinely cares about its customers, but Ella James definitely does. I’ll 100% be ordering again!

DONT TRUST THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!! - We have had a great experience!
I came to trust pilot to leave an amazing review of the beautiful Acacia Brooklyn Coffee table!
Saw all these terrible reviews and couldn’t help but snoop around (because I’ve had such a good experience) and discovered that it’s all for a different business in the USA!
For a review about the UK Ella James Home Decor store - We can’t rave enough about them!! Quality of the furniture is the best quality I’ve ever had to be honest.
Also, it came so quickly! I was expecting a long wait but it came within days. The team are super responsive as well, as I had a shipping question straight after I ordered and they got back to me more or less straight away!
Don’t trust some of the negative reviews on here! I’ve only had a great experience with them.
