I was extremely satisfied with my experience. The assistant was always attentive, very professional, and provided valuable advice with excellent follow-up throughout the process. I highly recommend this clinic.

I would start by saying that I would highly recommend the clinic especially to anyone from the UK like me who is looking for better options aboard. If you have already had treatment in the UK, it will feel slightly different because you have less interaction with the doctor and a lot more with your patient coordinator my coordinator was Hana and she was amazing. The communication was impeccable from the moment I made my first enquiry, all the way through my treatment. As I was staring my medication protocol in the UK, there was a lot of back and forth needed to get prescriptions and instructions and Hana was so supportive (available on both email and WhatsApp) to guide me through. When it came to the 11 days I spent in Cyprus for the treatment, I cannot fault the way the clinic take care of you. We had a lovely driver, Omer, who collected me from the airport and took me to where I was staying and then proceeded to drive me to and from all appointments. As my husband was coming for a shorter time and travelling separately they also did the same for him. The actual clinic was clean, comfortable and everyone is very friendly.

My doctor for the treatment was Dr Ozyigit and he was available to talk through the more medical side of things as I needed but a lot of what I needed to know what answered by Hana so I felt well informed.

And I suppose the information that a lot of people would be keen to know is did the treatment work. As I write this, we are 5.5 weeks pregnant after two failed rounds in the UK so happy to have made it this far and praying for everything to go well.

Phase 3-4 Embryo Transfer & Final Care Experience (Elite Hospital)

Today I stand grateful and deeply thankful that I reached Day Five and was able to proceed with my embryo transfer. I am fully aware that outcomes in IVF can go either way I may become pregnant or I may not but I have no regrets whatsoever, because the quality of care and service I received at Elite Hospital was outstanding.

From the very beginning, Dr. Savas and Hana demonstrated professionalism, consistency, and compassion. After my egg retrieval, all communication followed the treatment plan exactly as agreed. Updates regarding the embryos were provided clearly, timely, and strictly according to protocol, which gave me confidence and reassurance during an emotionally sensitive period.

One day prior to the transfer, I underwent the routine blood tests and ultrasound scan to assess my uterine lining. During this scan, Dr. Savas took ample time to explain his findings in detail. He ensured I fully understood the condition of my lining and what it meant for implantation, communicating in a way that was both educational and easy to understand.

The following day, before the transfer, we had a thorough consultation regarding my embryos. Dr. Savas explained the grading, the types of embryos available, and the reasoning behind the transfer decision. His communication was clear, evidence-based, and respectful, empowering me as a patient to be fully informed.

The embryo transfer itself was performed in a highly hygienic and controlled environment. Throughout the procedure, the doctor carefully explained each step and the purpose behind it, which made me feel calm, safe, and respected. I was also exceptionally well cared for by the amazing nurses at Elite Hospital, whose kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism did not go unnoticed.

From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank the entire team at Elite Hospital. You truly live up to your mission statement, and you have restored my faith in medical ethics, transparency, and patient-centered care. As the saying goes, character is shown in how we treat those who can do nothing for us and that character was evident at every stage of my care.

Restored Faith in IVF Our Experience at Elite Hospital

After a very difficult and disappointing IVF experience in Greece, my partner and I arrived at Elite Hospital feeling cautious, emotionally guarded, and unsure whether we could still trust the process. However, after just one visit with Dr. Savas, our faith in IVF was genuinely restored.

Dr. Savas immediately showed us the importance of a holistic and thorough approach. He carefully reviewed all aspects of our situation, ensured that comprehensive blood tests were carried out, and took the time to design a personalised treatment plan tailored specifically to my partner’s needs. His calm, thoughtful manner provided reassurance at a time when we truly needed it most. From that first consultation, hope returned and it has stayed with us throughout this journey.

Equally invaluable was our coordinator, Hana, who was exceptional from start to finish. She provided detailed, clear information at every step, ensured our privacy as a couple whenever needed, and created a safe, respectful space where we felt heard and supported. Her empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail made an enormous difference to our experience.

During the retrieval and recovery period, I witnessed firsthand how my partner was cared for by the dedicated nursing staff and medical team. She was treated with dignity, patience, and genuine compassion, which helped him feel safe and supported both physically and emotionally.

Thanks to Dr. Savas, Hana, and the entire Elite Hospital team, our confidence in IVF has been rebuilt. We moved from fear and disappointment to trust and hope and that, in itself, is priceless.

We would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Savas and Hana, whom we consider to be an outstanding coordinator and an essential part of this journey.

From the beginning İn fact I can’t explain my feelings how much i was relax once i had a call with miss hana she was so helpfull . Then she explained to me all the process step by step in details then we start the process it was so easy more then my imagination. We went through the IVF process with this clinic over an 3 and half year period. During this time I also underwent the PRP treatment and the IV rejuvenation.
It was a very emotional period which has worked out very for us. As we now have a set of beautiful healthy triplets.
There were times when we struggled to see a positive outcome but Hana was very reassuring and supportive and patient with us. Dr Savas didn't give up on us and took time to tweak my treatment to accommodate my medical problems.
Hana and Dr Savas were very honest with us and showed that they cared about our outcome.
My dream of being a mother has finally come true and this could not have happened without them. We are are very grateful for all the hard work Hana and Dr Savas put in.
As impossible as things may seem with the right help the impossible becomes possible as we have experienced.

I had my PRP surgery done at this hospital because they are professionals and sincerely, they didn't disappoint. As someone at the age of 50, I was quite relieved they were willing to take the chance and perform the procedure on me.

Hana was especially helpful, cordial in all our conversations. She took time to explain the procedure to me. Answered all my questions. In fact, she was quite detailed which suited me fine.

The Hospital is extremely hygiene conscious. Everything is done to the letter. The staff are helpful and professional. I met with the consultant and he was quite detailed. Allied my fears of the after effects of the process. The process itself was smooth without any hitches. They are quite true to their word. They will do their very best as science permits.

Hana organised my transport from Ercan airport to the hospital on arrival and even on departure. That relieved any anxiety I could have experienced because of the new environment.

All in all, the experience was pretty good for me.

We can highly recommend the clinic for IVF procedure. Until now we were here four times - two times collection of eggs and two times for transfer. The first one was unsuccesful. The second worked well and my wife is now pregnant in 6 week of pregnancy and today we have seen the heartbeat of our child in ultrasound! Hana was really helpful through the whole procedure and answered all our question, also late at night.

The whole procedure was really expensive but there were no hidden costs and you know from the beginning how much everything will cost.

I will make an update when my wife gives a birth!

We dont recommend this hospital.we wanted girl but they give us boy.they say %90 success for a girl but they didnt do it.

Since beginning this difficult journey I have had a mixed experience. I fall under over 40 category, I went through the PRP procedure initially to use my own eggs but unfortunately my body did not respond to this treatment. Nonetheless it was an option no one else had offered, it was worth it for me at least I tried everything under my control. Both Janine and Hana have been wonderful, I did have a few hiccups after my PRP procedure regarding supply of medication and associated paraphernalia but I believe this has been already addressed or in the process being addressed.

After my devastating PRP treatment failure I went with donor egg option as I had already gone through majority of the journey I couldn’t stop at the last hurdle. Now it’s a waiting game.

I had a few issues with not knowing my schedule initially but once that was given it was easy to follow everything as it was very clearly laid out and all the important information highlighted.

I cannot thank Janine Oakman enough for helping me with all my queries at any given moment. Hana my face to face contact in North Cyprus was extremely nice and helpful. I now have a better understanding and experience of language barrier issues. Hana was great at translating in English for me, personally it would have been nice to understand a little Turkish.

I had a great experience the two times I was at Elite Hospital, with special thanks to Hana. My arrival at Ercan Airport and transfer to the hotel was seemless. Pick up to and from the hotel and Hospital was very smooth.
Scheduled meetings with the Drs was timely. However, the Dr's need to allocate sufficient time to discuss with patient's from abroad.
The dedication and professionalism exhibited by Hana is worthy of commendation. Hana ensured my scheduled plan was well followed up with no issues until my departure from Ercan.

I thank Hana and the medical team for the good work, and would definitely recommend Elite Hospital to family and friends.

Writing this with a broken heart as we lost our money and hope by this unprofessional clinic. I have been to this clinic for IVF and the doctor never even spoken to us once. Not discussed anything properly and every time they were only concerned about money. I had to chase the coordinator every time for a response as they don’t respond in time.
Main thing is about the transfer, as they haven’t confirmed anything about how many embryos and quality anything. Taken to procedure table, doctor did not discuss anything and they haven’t shown that embryo transferred. How do I believe these people saying transfer done. Definitely did not get pregnant and the clinic did not show any empathy and they behaved like they knew this already!
I tried to put a complaint and asked for a response and nobody is responding, so this is completely a cheating.
Now they are asking me for review!
Please people around there who are trying for IVF, please be aware. Thank you
