The website was easy to navigate - delivery went as promised. I was kept informed from the moment I booked. The wine cooler is fantastic - although I have just filled it with wine - I will see how the dual temp works and add to my review in tghe future.

I recently bought a wine fridge from EWF and unfortunately after a month the compressor leaked and the fridge needed replacement. The people at EWF, Callum Dooley in particular, were wonderful through the whole process and I have not had a better customer support experience. They were excellent with their communication in keeping me up to date on my options, progress with ordering a new fridge, accommodating my schedule for delivery, and doing everything they could to try and assist with the disposal/collection of the faulty fridge. Extremely happy with my new wine fridge that I’ve had for a few months now and cannot recommend EWF enough if you are looking for any wine storage/aging products. Absolutely fantastic experience and they will have my business again for any wine storage related needs. Many thanks again to the team at EWF.

Excellent from start to finish. Their website is easy to use with loads of relevant information to help you choose the best fridge. Checkout is a breeze with Apple Pay (and I assume other payment methods as you prefer). Received a confirmation and delivery details the same day. Extremely responsive on emails.

Delivery was outstanding. It was provided by a third party called Bishopsgate and they were excellent. They quite obviously had good training on delivering and installing wine fridges. They called ahead with a time, were very courteous and polite. Delivered in to the kitchen, unpacked, moved in to position, door handle fitted, fridge levelled, and all ready to go before they took all the packaging away. Advised on waiting at least 12hrs before switching it on which is correct.

Very efficient from ordering though to delivery. Initial queries were dealt with promptly by Cherry and delivery was handled very professionally by Bishopsgate Logistics who arrived within advised timescale on the day. Excellent service throughout.

Ordered a wine cooler and beer cooler from Elite Wine Refrigeration. The process was very easy and Hayley has been very helpful throughout including helping order an additional shelf after delivery.

You helped expedite my delivery after Arrow XL failed to put the item on the truck and turned up at my house without it. Delivery was made next day despite Arrow suggesting that they wouldn't be able to re-arrange for 72 hours.
