All in all

All in all, this program and the trainers have been absolutely amazing! I was a little skeptical jumping into this at first but everyone has been very encouraging and uplifting which has been a huge help! I have some prior experience in sales but not so much with appointment setting but the training has literally given me everything I need to succeed and more! There’s not many programs out there that offer thorough 1 on 1 training as well as guaranteed placement opportunities so if that is what you are looking for I highly recommend Elite Closers!

Personalized training and I landed a job

Zeinab and Rayan have an excellent training service plus they connected me with two companies in a matter of a couple weeks, and I landed a job that happened to fit perfectly with what I was looking for. I have never seen a business model like this and I highly recommend them for companies looking for setters and sales people as well as people who are looking to get into sales.

I had some previous setting experience, so that may have played in to why I was able to be placed so quickly, but for sure, this is a setting where you get out what you put in. If you show up on the role plays and are ready to apply what they teach, you'll do great!

For someone who is new to this type of…

For someone who is new to this type of sales, this program has been amazing. They provided in depth videos and modules that give you everything you need to know going into this type of career. Alongside the modules you were provided a coach who gives nothing but great advice to make sure you are headed down the right direction. Specifically, Jackie, she was phenomenal to work with and really gave me the support I needed to finish out the program. I look forward to the next steps!

Prior to being placed by Elite Closers…

Prior to being placed by Elite Closers I've never done appointment setting work but they provided all the necessary training and placed me with a coach not long after.

After working with a second coach, the guy decided he was going to "ghost" me and Elite Closers and just not pay me for the time I worked for him, I notified Elite Closers that the coach went MIA and hadn't paid me, I didn't expect to get paid because, low and behold, without any hesitation, Elite Closers was not only offering to place me with someone else but they'd also made the payment that the coach didn't, I was really surprised because it wasn't on them to do that.

I appreciate their efficiency and communication.

Great work ethic!

I used elite closers to put an…

I used elite closers to put an appointment setter in my business. I had to go through 2 rounds but that's only because the first person I hired had something happen and she couldn't work anymore. Eliteclosers immediately helped me find someone else to replace her and she has been with me for 4 months, she is great!

5-Star Training!

The training was excellent. It involved in-depth video tutorials and really helpful documents to help break everything down and make it really clear and simple. The support was excellent, and always available and welcomed.

I did multiple 'role-plays' with the trainers to practice the sales process, which they then made a video for me breaking down exactly what i did and how I could improve for the next round. We did a few rounds of that which helped me improve very fast, and also helped clear any doubt I had and helped develop a lot of certainty in my approach.

On top of that, I was given a sales position very quickly.

Highly recommend!

Did the messaging course. Training was easy to get through, feedback was great. I was placed quickly. I’m already interested in the closers program. Plan to do that in the future.

BEST experience with Elite Closers

Before Elite Closers, I was at a mediocre job where all I wanted to do was elevate my life in every aspect. High ticket sales spoke to me and my love for talking to people and helping change their lives.

Every single testimonial, success story, and my initial phone call are reasons why I ultimately decided to join.

This has been the greatest experience. I loved the training videos, the calls are so so beneficial, and I grew more than I even expected after my one-on-one calls with my coach. I genuinely feel so confident doing high ticket sales calls. I highly recommend if you truly want a change in your life, join Elite Closers.

To make the most out of this program I would follow everything step by step, ask questions always, and attend as many Role Play calls. Put in the work and you’ll attain the reward.

10/10 course, support & environment

You have to put in the work but you get SO much out of it. Don’t expect an easy ride. Everyone’s journey is different but the company I got hired for ONLY hires elite closers students and I can see why, it was an easy transition and I made a sale my second day of starting my new job! My coach Kyle did a lot to help me identify areas i needed to work on and gave amazing advice on how to fix things. I actually hadn’t done high ticket sales in a few years and I was able to jump right back in with some tips on how today’s top sales reps are successful. 10/10 on the course and the support and the environment!

great, if you enjoy wasting thousands of dollars

hey! it’s me again.

this company still won’t give me back the partial refund they offered me over 7 months ago. totally ghosted me.

they suck at communicating, and have no issues straight up ignoring you. even before they ghosted me, i wouldn’t get a response for days at a time.

the guy who i was working with left the company apparently. didn’t find this out until a few months ago, considering they’re refusing to get in contact with me.

so on that note, would be super cool if someone would actually reach out to me about this. i have no idea who even runs this thing anymore, and all my attempts have been ignored.

call me, email me, find me on instagram. i don’t care.

y’all took thousands of dollars from me, and i can’t even get an email back... there’s a word for that.

edit: i simply don’t understand why you can’t email me back. why. you took all my savings and i can’t get one email. this company is a joke.

Here is the sequence of events with Holly (pictures and proof all attached):

Holly was happy with the program and said she was “finally” going to find time to do it (picture attached). She didn’t usually respond to us because she wanted, “to find a time she could dedicate and focus on this.”

She defaulted on payments and we removed her access. This is standard protocol when someone stops paying.

2 months later she wrote a bad review without even speaking to us.
We asked her to rescind it on the grounds that we hadn't done anything wrong. She did so and admitted that (proof below).

She continued to ask for a refund due to personal issues and not due to the program, you can see the convos below. We asked her to speak to her coach about what we could do.

She wasn’t satisfied with the coach's answer and kept asking for a refund. We feel it’s unwarranted to say the least, as we had already serviced her. However you can see Gentry offered her up to a 50% refund. She feels she only got $500 of value and wanted $2500 dollars back (that’s already a lower payment option than we normally offer). We disagree and would not agree to that regardless after doing a full service.

After the email on the 19th of June, Gentry stopped working here. She kept reaching out to Gentry numerous times for a refund and Gentry stopped responding. Here is why…

The number she reached out to was never Gentrys (you can see that from the initial emails). Clients do not have access to the cell numbers of the c-suite.

Gentry stopped working here starting mid June. This explains why there were no further responses as that email was no longer monitored after that time by anyone on the team.

6. She wrote another negative review.

Conclusion:

Ultimately we serviced her and did everything on our end to fulfill the agreement. She is using personal circumstances to try to get a refund, and not because of poor service. She has written 2 negative reviews about us, and tried to pay nothing for something.

We try to be understanding of individuals' personal situations and try to help. However, using that as a reason to get a refund and put down our company is not something we condone.

We can understand frustration on her end if she feels she was being ignored purposely (she wasn’t, but we can understand that viewpoint), however we do not feel she is entitled to any refund regardless. We feel even when we tried to help her and offered solutions, she tried to take advantage of the situation by asking for even more when we aren’t obligated to give any.

Even if Gentry had kept responding it was clear she wasn’t satisfied with the resolution we had presented her. We feel the fact the team offered any was more than satisfactory, and we are now going to move on from the situation.
