As a newcomer to boxing i couldnt of picked a better gym. Brilliant coaches and classes. Friendly environment. I look forward going to the gym to train.

Best boxing gym i ever been to. Run by Highly skilled coaches. Would recommend to everyone.

Great atmosphere. Sessions are coached in small groups. I had Gaz during my first session who focussed on good technique, he had been working there a year and was very friendly and knowledgeable.

We have been working with Elite for two years now. They have been brilliant with our pupils, who are some of the toughest and most deprived children in Bolton and surrounding areas. All the coaches are endearing, warm and empathetic towards our children and our children know they care which builds that trust and allows the coaches to develop them in many different ways.

The coaches understand our pupils and get on their level whilst still having the highest expectations of them. The pupils enjoy the sessions at Elite where they build up their knowledge of boxing but more importantly Elite instils discipline, hardwork and resilience into the pupils. These are life skills that the children will walk away with forever and can transfer these skills into all walks of life. Elite can be extremely proud of the fact that they have had positive impacts on all the pupils that attend the sessions and in some cases have changed the lives of some pupils to the point where they have gone on to remain at the gym in their own time and beyond school.

Great gym for every level of experience, I have been coming for just over a month now and having never boxed before I was a complete newbie. 1 month in I feel a lot more confident and I am learning very fast!

At 46, I was a bit apprehensive about getting into boxing, but from day one, the staff at Elite Boxing set all my concerns at ease. They're not just trainers; they're incredible motivators who know how to push you just the right amount.

I initially thought about scouting a few other gyms, but after my first visit to Elite Boxing, I knew this was the place for me. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and the atmosphere is so motivating that you can't help but give your best.

Been attending for a couple of months now, I joined to lose weight, and for someone who suffers with back pain the gym has really helped! Great bunch of lads there and the coaches are fab! Always made to feel welcome when I step straight in. I’ve tried all sorts over the years to help with my back pain so I attend the gym and also been to physio twice now and I’m feeling soo much better couldn’t be any happier with the results from both the training and physio sessions

I currently work for the NHS, supporting those who struggle. As someone who has also been through the tough times and managed to weather the storm, I see boxing as a big influence, and has such a positive aspect on recovery. Such as this, I have been supporting a young man who is struggling with his mental health, as well as having a diagnosis of ADHD and suspected Autism.

Elite Boxing have been the most helpful, warm and welcoming club we could have asked for. Every time we arrive, there is such a positive feeling. The training is second to none, and the 1-1 aspect really gives this young gentleman a boost, who really enjoys the aspect of boxing, without the feeling of being judged or shamed. Scott is brilliant with this gentleman, and leaves no stone unturned in order to get the very best out of the session for all parties involved. Every week, the young man leaves feeling better than when he arrived, which is the aim going into the activity. I attribute this to every aspect of Elite Boxing, from the facilities to the coaches. Elite Boxing is a brilliant gym, and cannot be recommended enough. I am hopeful we can help more people with such a fantastic service that is provided in supporting those with SEN or mental health struggles.

I am an amateur boxing who after being at a local gym in Chorley my entire career joined elite to further progress and pursue a career in boxing. I have always been made to feel welcome at elite even before I officially joined the gym when attending sparring sessions etc and this was one of the main reasons for me choosing them. They also have a big team that provide help and support in house from coaching through to recovery which is a massive incentive and only boosts your progress when training there as they have everything you need and all coaches and staff can’t do enough to advise and help you.

Since joining elite I have seen huge improvements in all aspects of my game which has rekindled my love for the sport and is honestly the best thing I’ve decided to do. The biggest thing that surprised me about elite is the organisation and attention to detail. At times it is a busy gym but the standard doesn’t drop and every session I’ve attended has run smoothly.

If you are a complete novice looking to keep fit or an experienced amateur/pro looking for high level training and sparring elite has everything you need and I would highly recommend them to anyone of any age or experience.

I started going to the women’s fitness classes a couple of weeks ago and have absolutely loved it the atmosphere is amazing and Liam the instructor is very good at what he does and motivates everybody in the class to do there best!! Also very good price for an hour workout that leaves you feeling 3 stone lighter!!!

Love the place they are very friendly and supportive. My son loves the free kid's classes too ❤

The gym is amazing in a lot of aspects. The staff/coaches are great at their job. The whole community is great inside the gym and it’s always challenging. Perfect for anyone who boxes no matter the level you are

I’ve recently started going to the Elite boxing gym to help improve my fitness and to lose weight. Everyone in the gym is friendly and approachable.The atmosphere at the gym is always amazing. Also, every time you have a class it’s always something different and enjoyable.

Great coaching and friendly staff. My job schedule is shaly but they’re flexible enough to work around my schedule week by week. Great support and attention and also their physio is good, helped with recovery from achilles injury

Excellent gym with top class coaches.everything you need to take you from boxing / thai boxing beginner to profesional fighter.

Great session coaches are polite and easy to talk too and make the session much easier with good communication.
