I just wanted to follow up on my last review as bizarrely it wont let me edit it.

Its ok it's all good and another call out to the amazing team of Mark, Martyn and Barry. They stuck by me and my 40 cd challenges. I am now spinning silver discs even better with a pre loved luxman d03x. I must say it knocks the cyrus out of the park. Its as if layers of recordings that were masked while thd cyrus pushed brightness to you havd now been revealed. Its almost an analogue feel with everything the recording has is on show and as it was meant to sound . No pushing of any frequencies its as nature or artists intended it to be and without harshness earache.

The guys are even trying to find a local dealer to help install a new luxman amplifier as unfortunately my disability makes it impossible and my wife struggled with the cd player which is half the weight. Fingers crossed

Mark, Martyn and Barry are really pulling out the stops to identify what keeps causing my Cyrus 40 cd to have issues. Their help has been phenomenal my big learning is that after all the years Cyrus cd players are the achilles heal in their impressive line up as my old one had very similar issues and that was 15 years ago and its gone to meet the great cd players in the sky

I cannot recommend Mark and his company highly enough. Finding an amplifier that truly matched my system and fully met my listening preferences was a long journey, but throughout the entire process I consistently felt well supported and valued as a customer.

There was one issue along the way caused by a miscommunication; however, it was handled fairly, professionally, and resolved very quickly. When I experienced problems with the first unit, it was replaced without hesitation or questioning of my concerns, which speaks volumes about their integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Both Graham and Mark have been consistently approachable, responsive, and genuinely willing to help. Their level of customer service is exceptional and, unfortunately, increasingly rare in today’s market. They are clearly focused on building trust and ensuring complete customer satisfaction rather than simply making a sale.

I would not hesitate to shop with them again and can highly recommend their company.

I was looking to upgrade my streamer, and part exchange an amp I was no longer using. I settled on the Eversolo DMP-A10. Mark and Martyn at Elite Audio were an absolute pleasure to deal with, communication was flawless, and the part-ex process was handled from start to finish by Elite Audio; all I had to do was box up my amp and wait for the courier to pick it up from my home.

The product itself has been nothing short of fantastic.

I have bought several items both new and pre-loved from Elite Audio. I have also part-exchanged equipment and tried gear on a home trial basis.

Unlike other dealers, it is always a pleasurable, hassle-free experience dealing with Elite Audio. The whole team lead by Mark are super friendly, very knowledgable and nothing is too much trouble.

It's evident that they love what they do and their customer focus is truly second to none.

I've used Elite Audio before my most recent experience, so was very happy to discuss new business with them. Initially the contact was about a subwoofer advertised on the 'Preloved' part of their website, perhaps to use with my existing main speakers. Mark Cargill contacted me to apologise that the unit had already been bought but provided a couple of alternatives. The conversation moved from subwoofers to associated main speakers. Mark recommended Revival Audio speakers. After some research, I asked Mark about other speakers made by this company and he enthused about them saying he used that particular model himself. We then did the deal and the speakers duly arrived. The speakers are everything Mark said about them and more and I am delighted with the product and Elite's service, which included two other members of the team, Martyn and Barry. There were some very minor after-sales issues which they resolved very quickly. Unreservedly recommend Elite to music lovers everywhere.

I came across Elite audio whilst watching reviews online for the Eversolo DMP A8. I ended up on the Elite audio channel which i highly recommend by the way.

Mark the owner of Elite is an excellent reviewer in that his descriptions I later came to learn are in my opinion extremely accurate.

I decided to give Elite Audio a try and pulled the trigger on the Eversolo DMP A8, Mark was extremely helpful throughout, I had a slight reservation as Elite Audio are around 230 miles away from me. I soon realised there was no need for any reservations when my A8 arrived the very next day!

The same week I decided to upgrade my amplification to an Eversolo amp F2. Again I spoke to Mark and as if by magic the F2 was in my possession.

My first F2 had a slight problem ( which is not a common thing ) just bad luck I guess. I spoke to Barry at Elite, I believe Barry is the engineer at elite and deals with technical issues, Barry instantly asked me to return the amps, well actually that's not what he said, What he said was we will have the amplifier collected at the earliest convenience, within minutes I got an email from the collection company regarding the return, again a lightening fast response.

I later spoke to Mark again and asked him if I could maybe try a different power amp, I opted for the quad artera. Mark allowed me to have a Quad Artera on a 30day trial, again next day delivery! 😲

Having run the quad for around 400 hrs I really wasn't happy with it, I decided to give the eversolo f2 another chance knowing that the original issue was a one off, also I really loved the sound of the F2s, again I spoke to Mark and he arranged for the quad to be collected and two eversolo F2s to be delivered at the same time, basically a same day swap!

The delivery and collection of equipment is the most streamlined I have ever experienced, I believe this is thanks to Martyn who is Elite Audios logistics man. Totally awesome, these guys have really got customer service nailed!

I have been buying hifi equipment for almost 40years and during this time have had some good and not so good experiences. I have to say that the team at Elite Audio are truly out to give you the best buying experience possible, and they are succeeding in a big way!

Sat listening to my A8 and my F2 monoblocks as I type this review, it sounds great! I'm still astonished at the level of service I have received. In hi end Hi~Fi terms I've not even spent a lot of money, I've been in dealerships where you only get good service if you're spending big money but not at Elite, In fact the service made me feel like I was buying a 20k hifi.

Elite Audio also have a fantastic not new department where you can buy second user equipment that has a better than new warranty and after sales service.

What's not to love!?

Really wish I had found Elite Audio years ago.

Just traded in my old Auralic Streamer for a nice shiny new Hifi Rose RS130 . Elite Audio were great, offered me a very fair deal, and the process was streamlined and easy. Communication from Andrew, Mark and Martyn was excellent.
This is the second time I have purchased from them and I can highly recommend them as a company, even if, as I was, you are buying remotely.

The team members were always friendly, knowledgeable, gave good information, maintained effective communications and answered my questions quickly and fully. Nothing was too much trouble. Although they are the opposite end of the UK from me, I had every confidence in them and a lovely Lyngdorf amp arrived safe and sound. I am really pleased with this.

Bought some Musical Fidelity stuff from Elite Audio UK and although not in stock at the time of ordering they send their demo unit out for me to try whilst I waited on my new unit to arrive. After my new unit arrived I didn’t take to it and they agreed to collect and refund or exchange without hesitation.
Subsequently I found alternative products I wanted and they sourced these for me, offered a terrific deal and I could not be happier.
Andrew, Mark and Martyn have kept me informed and answered every email promptly and professionally.
The level of customer service from these guys is second to none and I would seriously urge anyone looking for hi fi equipment to check Elite Audio UK. You will not be disappointed.
