First and foremost, I sincerely apologize for the disruption that occurred during your project. In May 2026, I suffered a catastrophic aortic dissection requiring emergency surgery and a prolonged recovery. This medical emergency abruptly interrupted my ability to continue servicing clients at the level they deserved.
While I understand your frustration, there are several important facts that should also be understood. Your project was not abandoned immediately after engagement. Significant time was spent on consultations, planning, project development, regulatory guidance, and preparation activities related to the establishment of your vascular office-based laboratory and medical practice. Like many consulting projects, much of this work occurs through meetings, strategy sessions, document review, regulatory research, planning, and communications before final submissions and implementation stages are reached.
When it became apparent that my health would prevent me from completing the engagement, I voluntarily offered a refund despite having already invested substantial professional time into the project. My intent was to do the right thing under extraordinarily difficult circumstances, not because I believed I had performed no work.
I acknowledge that the timing and processing of the refund did not meet your expectations. My recovery has included multiple medical complications, extended periods away from work, and significant personal and financial challenges. Nevertheless, I remain committed to honoring my obligations and resolving outstanding matters professionally.
I have always taken pride in helping healthcare providers achieve licensure, accreditation, and Medicare certification over the course of more than twenty years in this industry. It is deeply disappointing that circumstances beyond my control led to this outcome, particularly given the life-threatening medical event involved.
