So far, so good

Da qualche tempo il mio Elite Suito-T faceva le bizze (indurimento repentino del rullo senza alcun motivo). Venerdì 27/2 ho scritto all'assistenza e dopo un paio d'ore già mi rispondeva. Da lì in poi è nato un ping pong di email con scambio di video, informazioni, istruzioni che hanno portato all'invio grautito da parte di Elite di una scheda elettronica. Dovrei riceverla oggi e, a prescindere dal fatto che la sostituzione della scheda porti i benefici aspettati, non posso che ritenermi soddisfatto dall'assistenza fornitami.

Rodillos que se estropean solos

Venden rodillos para bici por más de 500 euros y al cabo del tiempo se estropean solos, la bici empieza vibrar y saltar. Mal diseño, mala construcción, y te piden 360 euros para repararlo.
En la respuesta dices que se ha estropeado por un golpe, no ha sufrido ningún golpe, esto te lo inventas para desacreditarme, si no has visto ni el rodillo.

Following our technical assessment, the trainer is unfortunately out of warranty, and the issue is consistent with the flywheel vibrating due to an impact the unit has sustained. For this reason, the proposed service includes the necessary replacement and recalibration.

To clarify, around half of the total quote relates to international transport and import/export handling via DHL Express. We use DHL for reliability and service quality, but we also suggested you may arrange shipment through alternative providers if you prefer a more cost-effective option.

All costs provided in the quotation are correct and were shared transparently. If you’d like, we’re happy to continue assisting you via the existing support ticket.

Great support

The resistance was too high to use my Elite Suito-T trainer. It was 4 years old and out of warranty. I contacted support and after trying a few things, they said to send trainer to them. While finding no issues with the resistance, they did find some issues with the bearings and offered to replace the trainer with a new Direto model. I had to just pay for the postage fees and have a brand new trainer!
This really is great support from the Elite team.

Suito trainer failure and poor customer support

Suito trainer has a common problem with the circuit board failing. Took a long time for customer service to reply and then said that i needed to buy a replacement part from their website which is no longer available.

If you search the web, you will see lots of people with failed circuit boards.

Home trainer Elite Xrt défectueux

Mon Elite Suito a commencé à faire du bruit et la resistance ne fonctionner plus après 2 ans et demi. J'ai contacté le support et ils m'ont demandé d'envoyer une vidéo de l'home trainer. Le lendemain j'ai reçu un mail pour me dire qu'il aller m'envoyer la pièce défectueuse. 2 jours après DHL me livre la pièce. Me reste plus qu'à la changer. Merci à Elite et au SAV au Top j'ai bien fait de faire confiance à la marque.

Ho contattato l’assistenza in seguito a dei problemi di resistenza che ho riscontrato sul mio rullo TUO. Sono stato ricontattato il giorno seguente e per 2 giorni sono stato indirizzato alla soluzione del problema. Questa è VERA ATTENZIONE AL CLIENTE. Un particolare ringraziamento al Sig. 5* Support from Elite

My Elite Suito started to get noisy after 3 years. I contacted support and they requested I send a video of the trainer making the noise. They agreed it was not working as it should and quoted me to repair. It took Elite a day to inspect and agree to send me a replacement Suito-T.
Outside of DHL shipping time (5 days).

Very pleased with the outstanding responsiveness of Elite support and quick turnaround.

Elite Suito-T

My Elite Suito-T would suddenly not power on. It has been working flawlessly now for 2 years. I contacted them for assistance to solve the problem. They came back to me promptly and asked some questions to diagnose the problem. As I was occupied, I could not give an answer for 2 days. They then just sent me a new circuit electronics board as a replacment of the broken one. Easy installation and now working again. All free, all done quickly, showing lots of will to solve the problem. PS! The 2 year guarantee has just passed. I am very happy with how they solved this. A happy customer and top review as a result.

Expensive, questionable quality and bad support

My roller Suito is noisy and vibrates. They accepted to change the unit but, since I purchased the item in Italy and then moved to Spain, I still have to ship the item to the shop I bought it from and wait to get the new unit shipped back to me. I also have to pay shipping costs. I will not be able to train for weeks.

Outstanding service during lockdown

Urgently needed a power cable for my turbo during lockdown. Having tried UK suppliers without success, I ordered one from the Elite website. As it was the height of the pandemic in Italy (early April) I did not hold out much hope, however, within a couple of days the cable had arrived! Incredible.

Assistenza Perfetta e Impeccabile!!!

Ringrazio lo staff di Elite per la professionalità dimostrata nell'assistermi a seguito di un malfunzionamento riscontrato su un rullo Elite Qubo Digital Smart B+.

Pur trattandosi di malfunzionamento palesemente derivato da un utilizzo eccessivo, mi è stata fornita tutta l'assistenza necessaria per la riparazione, con una puntualità e professionalità impeccabile.

Ci tengo a spiegare che in precedenza avevo tentato più volte di ricevere aiuto per la medesima assistenza dal negozio online estero, che me lo aveva venduto, ma dalla quale ho potuto solo constatare la totale indifferenza.

Mismatch between totally unprofessional corporate staff and good product

Elite products may be OK, although not exclusive and not without hefty competition. However, the corporate Elite team are a bunch of unprofessional, unreliable individuals who never return phone calls or emails, can never be found on the phone. One could wonder how this company is in business with a third-world customer care. The main operator probably has sign such as "hide and reject phone calls" and lies through his teeth telling stories that make no sense. (I was never given his last name. although was directed to by the main operator) both in the corporate office of Elite. Peter was said to be out of the office for 20 minutes and back very soon, and in 20 minutes the story was that he was out of the country. That was two weeks in a row.
I am running to competitors and will never use Elite!!!

Elite offered to take the 2 bottles back and offered me free shipping of the revised bottles.

I ordered 2 new bike thermos, called Deboyo, after I had the companys earlier bottles and was happy with those, but the Deboyo sounded better.

I received a mail, telling me that there was a revision of the Deboyo coming in 1-2 months but their shipping department was so fast that they had already sent me the bottles the same day I ordered .

As I wanted the revised bottles, Elite offered to take the 2 bottles back and offered me free shipping of the revised bottles.

I have received those and am very impressed.
If filled with ice cubes and topped with tapwater, the last icecube only melts after 30 hours in a 22C ambient temperature.
