Tomatoes and Cucamelons are a dream to grow in my new greenhouse ! I bought my greenhouse house just under a year ago and was eager to start with lots of over wintered seedlings.
The greenhouse came with a very detailed instruction manual but quite fiddly to follow. I am assuming that it is correct given that it is still standing and nothing has broken or cracked. We secured it onto a wooden decking plank platform which is great to allow water to drain away. As well as wonderfully functional, and my own sanctuary of calm, it got my seedlings off to a good start it also looks lovely! I am really pleased with it.

I have had several greenhouses in my time but this Kensington one from Elite is by far the best. The installation manual was a bit confusing but we took our time and redid a couple of bits and we managed successfully. It now stands solidly and looks beautiful next to our garage and compliments the garden. As a lean to it actually covers the bland garage wall. Bit pricey but well worth it Delivery was as scheduled and guys were friendly and helpful. Haven’t had to use customer service but I’m sure I won’t be disappointed if I do

Great service, wife loves the Green House....put the base down ready the week before delivery, also when the base went in ran a 32mm pipe in under base for electrical trim if needed later....follow instructions, was easy to erect .........added a a support for the door hanging track using a spare odd section of metal which supported the end of the door track and was much smother opening / closing .....Very Pleased...

Delivery was a day before the date provided which was unexpected but the greenhouse was packaged very well. I found the instructions ok to follow and built the green house sections fairly easily. However, the clarity of some of the photographs within the Instructions could certainly be improved as it was difficult, sometimes, to determine which part of the component was being shown.
Overall, I am please with the quality.

I bought a lean to greenhouse from these guys 6ft by 4ft. Arrived on time carefully packaged and laid out by driver. Manged to erect it by myself. But a second pair of hands would be useful. And the bottom line is i absolutely love it. Great valye for money. Just what I wanted to enhance my gardening experience

The after sales care was superb. I found that I was short of some nuts and bolts and with one call I had more straight away. Also, I had an issue with the doors not seeming to fit right and again one call got me to technical support who advised me of the issue. I will admit it was a challenge to assemble and it took me longer than I thought it would but that is down to it being a highly superior kit to the common garden centre types. The sides are taller as is the roof gable and the door is tall enough so I don't hit my head going in and out. It is very robust and has been coping well in these heat waves as the ventilation works great. It is a great greenhouse that will last me many years,

Bought our greenhouse late 2025. The greenhouse is a good size anf quality and we have made good use of it.

My only problem was the installing of it and being done in 2 sections due to levelling!

If this had of been done by the manufacturer this would have been more efficient.

Delivery, component quality, finished article: all 5 stars. Instructions 3 stars and must be improved. As an ex RAF technician and Engineer Officer I'm not short of practical experience which is just as well because the written manual wasn't good enough. The finished greenhouse looks superb, and is solid. If your hands and brain are good at construction then by all means DIY, but if not you'd be better off employing professionals to build it.

Bought an Elite High Eaves Greenhouse with a few optional extras via Elbec. Phone call to arrange delivery date from a lovely and very pleasant lady. Delivery arrived on date and in rough timeframe advised (early pm). Delivery driver (Graham?) was so helpful and polite, putting everything exactly where needed. We are competent DIYers so tackled the build ourselves. Instruction book was comprehensive & we also watched Elite's videos on Youtube both before and during assembly. All parts were present and clearly labelled. No issues at all putting it together and delighted with the greenhouse - very sturdy & a pleasure to work in. Very highly recommended & would buy from Elite again.

The only way to get the result you want is to get their recommended installers to put it up. Dan and Brendon are excellent at their job and will find a work around to most issues, luckily mine were minor on this 14 x 6” powder coated lean to.

These experienced greenhouse fitters work with most brands and have high praise for the Elite Kensington, in their view superior to Rhino and other known brands.

The installers don’t come cheap, they know their value. They arrived 6am having driven 2 hours and had it completed by 5pm. Pleasant, courteous, reliable and skilled. That’s what you pay for.

Don’t attempt it yourself unless you are super confident in your ability!

The 12x6 KENSINGTON greenhouse looks fantastic, is incredibly sturdy and comes with lovely matching add-ons, like racking and staging. It is very practical and spacious. It has prominent place in our garden and everyone who sees it is wowed by it.
As said by many, it is a an absolute pig to put together, even for experienced DIYers, but our retailer had advised us accordingly, so we knew when we decided to make the purchase, we were going to spent an additional £350 or so to have it assembled by a specialist.
We are so pleased with it.

We never had any intention of doing the installation ourselves, however we couldn’t find an available installer in our area, but with Elites superb customer service, help and support we did it, and we’ve never built a greenhouse before!

We’d like to say a really big heart-felt thank-you to Elite for all the support and dealing so patiently with all our queries, especially as we ordered the wrong glass upfront, and also for the advice on how to safely pack glass into my car so I could come and collect the correct glass almost immediately on placing the re-order.

Thank-you again, and we also really appreciate the fact this is your busiest time of the year.

Fantastic service, fantastic greenhouse, robust, stylish looking and we couldn't be happier.

I recently bought an Elite Titan greenhouse through my partner which I have been trying to put together for several days. I’ve been DIY’ing for years but Elite take the biscuit when it comes to assembly instructions. They are as much use as the proverbial chocolate teapot. A far more comprehensive, accurate and sensibly illustrated parts list would help. The actual instructions would be a lot easier to follow if a lot more detailed photographs/diagrams were provided. About the only thing you really learn from the videos on the assembly is how to spin nuts - they need a total retake with far more detailed shots of the different joints etc ! You have to continually check that things have stayed lined up as pieces tend to move every time you move something. Also, if fitting an automatic roof vent opener, the holes for the normal vent stay do not align with those required for the automatic one and new ones have to be drilled which is a lot easier to do when assembling the roof vent frame yet there is no mention of this fact.
Even B&Q, IKEA, Wickes, various other flat-pack furniture and garden building suppliers put them to shame.
UNLESS YOU CAN AFFORD TO HAVE A HIGHLY EXPERIENCED ELITE TITAN ERECTOR, GIVE IT A VERY WIDE BERTH !!!
About the only good thing I have to say is that the structure is very sturdy - one feature I did require as our site is somewhat exposed.

Greenhouse is high quality, well designed and looks great. Is weather tight and has quality fittings. Customer service is really good, they supplied some of the glass the wrong size, but rectified this within a week. The only downside is the delay in despatch - if you want it powder coated, this not only costs substantially more, it takes a geological eon to deliver. 12 weeks or more from order date! 😐

I found their customer service representative very unhelpful and condescending unfortunately.

Picked up second-hand greenhouse and rebuilt on allotment plot. Finally identified manufacturer as Elite. Contacted Elite by email with photo asking to confirm model, spares list etc as a few casualties eg door runners across the years - replace and will be good.

Prompt and detailed email reply received with model, PDF of build, parts list and glass specification. Dead helpful indeed

This ole house will keep on growin'. I also like it as its taller than most which suits a 6'7" novice allotmenteer! Thank you Richard and Elite!

Ordered a 12x6 olive green craftsman greenhouse with toughened glass.I decided to erect it myself without to much of a problem.I noticed a lot of bad reviews regarding the instruction manual which I can understand as it is so large and very detailed,if fact too detailed a more pictorial description would simplify things. I only used the manual for minor reference and instead looked up their utube videos on howto erect an high eaves greenhouse which is very slightly different but done the job.I am a engineer so I did not have to much of a problem but I totally understand other peoples views,however I must admit I would have been very frustrated if I had to rely on the manual alone to construct the greenhouse.Looking at the time I took to erect the greenhouse,I believe the £500 charge to erect it good value and suggest if you are not particularly practical a must.The quality of the product exceeds my expectations and consider it very good value for money and the service from elite was excellent.I suggest elite produce more utube content to simplify the construction of their greenhouses

First greenhouse I've built but I've lots of DIY experience and a mechanical engineering background. I have to agree with the negative comments regards the instructions (and the reason I'm not giving 5 stars), you need to read them very carefully and understand what parts/parts the instructions are relating to. You do not get step by step schematics as found in most flat pack furniture and the like. I personally found the installation videos essential, a case in point being the video showing a better way to assemble the doors than the instruction booklet gives. Where I will disagree with some reviews placed here are: the bolts are not made of "aluminium" as stated on one review, I think they are stainless steel (clearly steel and clearly non magnetic). Another review stated no glazing plan and glass not numbered. My instructions did come with a full glazing plan, yes the glass was not marked with any indications put the instructions had all the glass sizes given. If the plan called for a "T1" look up the "T1" size (598x1489) and go and find a pane of glass that size and it will fit, it's not that tricky.

I had one part (unhanded door post) which had been incorrectly manufactured. A quick call too the factory resolved the issue very quickly.

I laid a concrete base for the greenhouse as it was very obvious that it would need a flat base in order to get a squared up greenhouse (oblong glass in a rhomboid hole won't fit as very succinctly put in another review).

Although this is the first greenhouse I've built I have removed a couple and the build quality, dimensions of glazing bars, base sections etc of this is well beyond any of those I've removed.

To summarise I would have absolutely no qualms buying another Elite greenhouse but recommending to somebody else is a little tricky, if your going to use a recommend installer then yes, if you are going to install yourself then be honest about your abilities, if you find yourself struggling with an Ikea bookcase or not confident you can get a flat and square base then maybe this would turn out to be a bad experience. But if your good at reading the details in instructions and are prepared to set aside more time than you think (I initially thought I'd have this done in two days but took 4) then yes highly recommended, you will be rewarded with a greenhouse better than the average.

Do NOT buy an Elite greenhouse. Very poor quality and ill fitting joints. When I saw it I tried to get them to take it back and issue a refund as I did not consider it satisfactory. They said that I would have to arrange to deliver it back to them myself "in a condition ready for resale". As the glass panels are all delivered loose (no packaging at all) there was no way any courier was going to accept it for transit so it was impossible for me to return it. I used a professional installer whose name was given to me by the vendor, but it still took him 4 days to assemble the greenhouse as the instructions are impossible, and not for the specific greenhouse I purchased. The parts are not labelled or numbered and the instructions have no labelling / numbering of the parts. Even when you eventually figure what goes where (took 4 days), the joints do not fit together properly, leaving gaps at the apex and at the corners where the roof meets the walls. Also, the nuts / bolts are of very poor quality and some bolts sheared in half when I tried to tighten them while assembling the staging (I am a 5 foot lady pensioner and was using a tiny 4 inch long hand spanner, so incapable of overtightening anything!) . Staff at customer service were rude and unhelpful, and not interested in my complaints and certainly not open to the idea of a return and refund. Will never use this company again.
