I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I returned an item that was brand new, undamaged, and still in resellable condition. However, despite this, they only offered me a 50% refund, which I found completely unreasonable. To make matters worse, their customer service was unhelpful and difficult to work with. When I reached out for clarification and resolution, I was met with poor communication and a lack of empathy. I would not recommend buying from them based on my experience.

Innocent sizing mistake with purchasing a smart ring. Told it was a hygiene issue and could not be exchanged/ returned etc. Clothing, shoes, sunglasses etc can easily be exchanged by customer focussed retailers however Elite Electronics will not accept returns for a $475 smart ring that wouldn’t fit ( and could be wiped with an antiseptic wipe if it was a “hygiene” problem. Be smart. Stay away from a company with poor customer return policies

I purchased an e-ink reader from this store, expecting a premium product. However, the item had serious issues, including screen defects, performance problems, and poor battery life, making it unusable for its intended purpose.

When I reported these issues, the store refused to acknowledge them, insisting the device was functioning “as expected.” Even more concerning, after my complaint, they modified the product listing to include a disclaimer about known defects that were not disclosed at the time of purchase. This is incredibly misleading and suggests they are aware of the problem but fail to inform customers upfront.

I returned the product for assessment, but their testing process was inadequate—they did not replicate real-world conditions where the issues were most apparent. They also failed to provide clear proof that the manufacturer even reviewed the device. Despite clear evidence of defects, they denied a refund and demanded an additional fee to return the faulty product.

This store does not stand behind the products they sell and will do everything possible to avoid issuing refunds for defective items. If you value honesty and good customer service, I strongly recommend avoiding this retailer.

Pathetic customer service, absolute would not recommend this company! Avoid like the plague.

I ordered 2 watches from these guys and the company they used to deliver (aramex) just put a note that i wasnt home and couldn't be delivered. I took a day off work and was home all day. Now i dont know where to pick up my items and aramex have no number to call ive been trying to email them with no luck. On top of that they want me to pay to have the item redelivered. Im not paying to have it redelivered and take another day off work either send a new set of watches with aus post and you can sort out collecting the old ones or refund me.

Total scam! They take your money yet never send your product nor give you a refund. I had to file fraudulent charges against them.

has in Europe a borderline Russian scam site (or they are poorly organized for trade). You will not necessarily get what you order. Maybe because of the war based Western trade restrictions, or anyway. They offers goods for suspiciously low prices, and they have apparently good transaction guarantees, but for me it turned out to be a trap. They immediately sent me an order confirmation, but they haven't sent me what I have ordered (or anything) and they haven't answered my pile of e-mails. No communication at all. Be aware: It is a scam site, or at least a very insecure platform for trading.

double check your measurements make sure 100% as they do not except returns. I made the mistake as wrong size and wanted to return for correct size. they do not accept returns. there advise was to sell on market place… what a joke. waste of $650. for a company selling electronics you would think they would understand retsina and mistakes on sizing would sometimes be misread. I guess ill head to market place and sell my $650 screen that I received yesterday for $50.00. lol good business not.

received a faulty product, they asked for video evidence of the fault, the accepted and returned the item for a replacment, they sent back a new one which was also faulty with the exact same issue (my theory is they sent back the faulty one to same money as the serial number went missing mysteriously) and then refused refund saying that it was user error even though it was the exact same isssue, no response anymore and lost $600, raised it with many people, but if a business wants to scam you, all they have to do is not respond, and nobody else will help you out, the item was dead and faulty on arrival, but to no avail, they still blamed me for the fault, making up a story that I overloaded it and outright refused to do anything. and i even compaired it to a same product that was not faulty, still blamed me and refused refund and return. Had to make a formal legal complaint to my bank and Fair trade. I sent them the same videos in this review, and based off that video alone, they said i Abused it, overloaded it, and that it’s not covered under warranty even though I recorded and submitted it 1 day after it arrived. Horrible. No resolution was provided by the company and had to get the help of the GOVERNMENT so i could get the simple Australian consumer protection law standard agreement of 12months for faulty products sold within Australia

I ordered a head unit facia for my car from Elite Electronics. I was sent the wrong facia which didn't fit my car. When I asked them to send the right part; they wanted me to send the one I received back first. I did but never received my original order or a refund despite asking for one of the two.

Poor and crappy service, their business is borderline a scam - watch out and avoid shopping with Elite Electronics. They're not as "Elite" as you would think...

Recently bought a smart digital lock from Elite Electronics. When the package arrived I immediately knew the door lock would not fit due to the size and weight of the box. In its original packaging, I immediately contacted them to ask for a refund by trying to return the lock. The representative advised a 20 % restocking fee plus postage. This is beyond ridiculous when you know that not only because of this penalty fee but also because the seller will be able to resell the same lock at the same price. DO NOT TRUST this business or choose carefully!
