Ordered a necklace which sadly came with a mistake but I have just taken delivery of the corrected one!! I cannot recommend this company highly enough- they went above and beyond when the mistake was picked up to get me a replacement.

The necklace looks nothing like their pictures. It’s bronze tarnished cheap rubbish and to make matters worse I’m taking an allergic reaction whenever I wear it.

They kept deleting my review as well when I left the review I also can’t get a refund because it’s “personalised” although it looks nothing like the photo

Cheap jewellery, tarnished less than one month old. Had to have a few email exchanges ( which on their part are very unprofessional) and contact citizens advice regarding consumer rights act, as they refused to refund. However they have since sent an email offering a refund.

Company is a fraud. Item got "lost" replacement never arrived. Now fighting for a refund. Do not buy! They are scammers.

Amazing quality and true to its description-the colour does not fade and I never take it off even in the shower. The company kept me updated every step of the way and followed up even after I’ve received the item. Fantastic customer service and dedication to their craft I couldn’t be happier.

This is an amended review by agreement with the seller.
I have received a refund after posting a previously deleted review on Trustpilot.
It took for this to happen for me to receive confirmation of a refund.
Due to the seller not responding to my emails and their own error posting out duplicate orders without a postcode I do own 4 necklaces at no cost. However they wont ever be worn.
Please order at your own risk and read other reviews. Not every buyer can be wrong on the quality.

Fraudsters! Keep changing the company name and their social media's, refusing to reply to my emails and direct messages on socials. Ordered personalised Jewelry before Christmas was choosing between 'Elityy' and premium brands such as Monica Vinader. So embarrassed with myself for choosing Elityy. Please do not order. Their photos look nothing like their products and they aren't cheap to buy, but oh so cheap to look at!!!

I ordered a necklace and it was very cheap quality, tarnished metal.
I paid extra for express delivery and they did not dispatch until after the delivery timeframe. It arrived a week too late. My review on their website bounced back as spam so don’t be fooled by their good reviews on their own site.
