I have purchased from this company twice.
Both times through distance selling.
They stand out as offering exceptionally well informed guidance, rather than pushing for a sale.
Their response to emails is very fast.
They ship almost immediately with 24 hour delivery.
And when one product developed a fault they stepped in immediately and got the manufacturer to resolve the issue.
I cannot recommend Elise Audio enough.

Excellent - highly highly recommended. I was able to take my DAP and phone with me and listen to a range of headphones in a comfortable listening room.
The people of Elise Audio were friendly, helpful, professional and very knowledgeable. I had a list of a few headphones I wanted to try out (which I sent in advance). Not only did they have those headphones ready for me to try, they had a couple of other suggestions for me to try out. I haven't been to an audio stockist that is this good before.
I had also bought a dac dongle online from Elise Audio (cheaper than Amazon!). It didn't work for me and I took it back to Elise Audio with no hassle whatsoever.

I've now bought a couple of items from EliseAudio - the IEMs I purchased most recently were fantastically well packaged, expedited delivery (that cost more to deliver than the cost paid for shipping) - Fantastic to deal with, knowledgeable and responsive on their webchat function (I did try a similar purchase with another vendor and walked away when no-one responded to their chat!), and with what I can only assume to be the UKs best supply of boutique / esoteric brands - I cannot recommend EliseAudio enough!

Ordered a headphone from here, ended up asking for a refund after finding out it would not be suitable for my purposes, they tried to charge me £13.5% of the purchase cost - £150+, in order to refund the headphone (in like new condition within the 14-day cooling off period), despite having me ALSO pay the £30 it costs for return shipping - a clear prohibited violation of consumer law and rights.

They have this policy on their website, in the T&Cs, despite being dishonest and unenforceable in the UK.

After hours of back and forth emails and insulting offers of "reducing" the illegal fees, they refunded me in whole after I informed them I would escalate the situation (as anyone would, considering having hundreds of pounds taken from you just because a company wants to offload their business expenses to you, is principally ridiculous - isn't profit supposed to be a reward for taking risks with your capital? where is such a risk when you are attempting to force the consumer to pay for your overhead and inventory management costs? do you want me to pay for your electricity bills, too? or the labour costs to wrap up a package and walk over to the royal mail drop off centre?)

Will never be using this "company" again.

Happy owner of Craft Ears Aurum IEM,s so took the plunge and ordered the Omnium TI collaboration with Elise Audio. Via the web chat was advised that they would take about a week to arrive. The service from Elise Audio was 2nd to none, they arrived on time and very well packaged. Will not hesitate to use them again.

I checked that the product was in stock via the website chat. They replied within a few minutes to confirm it was. I placed my order, got confirmation it had been dispatched later that day with a Royal Mail tracking number. It arrived well packed and it was a brand new sealed unit. The best bit was the price, £130 cheaper than other dealers.

Even if I didn't receive my item because of customs there was no problem issuing refund. Good customer service.

We stated in our previous comment that you accepted the refund while initially suggesting that the problem might have been due to improperly connected wires that were already connected upon receipt. But clearly, checking shipments isn't one of your concerns.
And as you know perfectly well, the problem wasn't just related to the packaging. The IEM you sent us was defective, as you finally acknowledged in the email sent to my friend on March 14, 2025. So all your belated justifications and half-apologies are mainly intended to weaken our negative review. If you had taken the trouble to test the IEM before sending it to us, you would have acknowledged that this IEM was destined for the trash, and you wouldn't have sent it (at least that's to be hoped). Your item was neither sealed nor properly packaged, and no warranty was included; at the price of the IEM, this is unheard of. Because CanjAM products are often demos that manufacturers improve upon for final release on the market.
We contacted Fatfreq who confirmed that the item was sealed and came with a warranty. The problem has been resolved, as we indicated in our previous review, and it's great if your customers are satisfied in the meantime... too bad it didn't happen to us.

Elise Audio are experts at what they do and offer very detailed advice. I have just bought a set of IEM’s with them and will certainly continue to use them in the future. The level of customer service they offer exceeds anything I have experienced from an online retailer. If you are looking to buy audio equipment I thoroughly recommend Elise Audio.

Bought some $800+ IEMs from them. Terrible packaging. The plastic bag wasn’t fully covering the product box.
Also the product seemed it was previously opened (it wasn’t sealed), given that it was also missing the cleaning cloth shown up within online unboxing videos.
Unfortunately due to high customs and delivery fees returning them is not an option. A bit disappointed.
Fast expedite delivery though.

Later edit: per Eliseaudio this might have been due to DHL inspecting international package (it was an UK to EU shipment) . I'll leave it with 4 stars.

Where to begin? All the glowing reports here are (so rarely) spot on...friendly; helpful; reliable etc etc, and these guys go out of their way to give the best customer service one could ever hope for. Add to that extremely fair, considerate and generous in dealing with my purchase of an (amazing) "open box" Cen.Grand Silver Fox headphone amp, and I can't overstate my praise for an outfit I hadn't known before...highly recommended. Will go to again if ever I get upgradeitis knocking on the door once more in the future! My grateful thanks to all the guys at Eliseaudio...live long and prosper!!

Fantastic customer service, had an issue with my Aful P5 and they went way beyond the call of duty and tried to sort them out for me, they were amazingly polite and patient, easily the best customer service I have had in a decade, absolutely highly recommend them to anyone.

I bought a pair of IEMs but when I received them they were dead on arrival.
Sent an email and we quickly figured out I had to send them back for testing and they also declared them dead. Sent a new pair.

Ordered a pair of new ThieAudio Prestige LTD iems, as a pre-order (at order time they were out of stock). These were not available with other UK suppliers. Delivery was free. Came within a week, there were no problems with shipment or product and I was given a tracking number. All in all, a very satisfactory service, nothing to complain about. Would recommend.

Ordered a discounted pair of headphones which were shipped first class the next working day. Happy customer :)

Great company. I pre-ordered a set of IEMs and the communication was excellent. Item was delivered on time.

Hadn’t heard of Elise Audio before so was unsure of their reputation. They had the Moondrop Blessing 3’s at a very competitive price so I took a chance and was not disappointed.
The IEMs were dispatched 15 minutes after I ordered. I think this is the fastest I have ever seen from any reseller. Very impressed, will be purchasing more from them in the future.
