Cosa dire.... mi hanno inviato 4 distanziatori per foriere in plastica che non riuscivo assolutamente a trovare da giorni e giorni in giro per Napoli ma GRATUITAMENTE COMPRESO anche la spedizione gratis.... sono rimasto veramente sorpreso è contento sicuramente acquisterò. GRAZIE

Absolutely diabolical service, ordered three pots, one got delivered damage still waiting for refund, one is missing and still waiting for refund, seriously do not order from this company they do not do what they say they will do and blame everything apart from themselves, the one which is missing is three weeks late!!

I ordered an Elho table and matching grow house (lid) from an Amazon seller last year but didn't start using it until this summer. There was a small problem with attaching the lid and although the Amazon seller offered a small discount they were unable to resolve this. I reached out to Elho, not really expecting much since I didn't buy the product directly from them but I was pleasantly surprised by the response. Not only did I receive a replacement lid and when that didn't fix the problem a complete set of table plus lid, they were patient, responsive and helpful well beyond expectations. Although the lid issue wasn't resolved, they kindly let me choose something else from their range which I am more than happy with.

The only fly in the ointment was Evri who delayed all three parcels. Elho could teach them how customer service should be done! It's not when things go right that you can gauge a company, it's how they deal with things going wrong. We all make mistakes sometimes but how we put those right is what really matters and Elho's responses were exemplary.

I needed replacement roses for my elho recycled plastic watering cans. The overall product has been great but I couldn't use them for watering delicate seedlings as the roses were damaged.
I contacted customer service and they couldn't have been more helpful. Really impressed by the customer experience, it makes a huge difference and I'm very please with the replacement solution.

Basics range pots, nice colours, but very thin, not very strong, bought 6, plants in yesterday, moved one this morning and the edge cracked, not very impressed!

Bloempotten besteld groot formaat en toen ze aankwamen door, denk te lichte verpakking en of DHL bezorging, beschadigd. Netjes foto’s gestuurd en mailtje om ze hierop te wijzen en te voorkomen dat dit nogmaals gebeurd.
Super netjes opgelost de volgende dag al. Echt geweldig krijg twee nieuwe potten en geen gedoe met terug sturen van de beschadigde. Ben super blij met de potten dus vond het super jammer zijn echt heel mooi en dan deze afhandeling geweldig. Dank voor jullie service bestel zeker volgende keer ook weer bij jullie.

Ik heb n elho regenton 200 liter.
Plots viel de regenton om en was de deksel kapot! Gebeld naar Elho en ze sturen me n nieuw deksel op!

Top service dus

J'ai reçu des jardinières sans les soucoupes et sans les crochets. Je m'étais pourtant assurée avant qu'ils étaient inclus dans le colis : c'était indiqué dans les caractéristiques. Malgré les captures d'écran, le service client n'a rien fait. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

I ordered 2 planters which EVRI ‘misplaced’. The ELHO customer service was excellent-really quick responses and kept me updated. The issue about delivery was with EVRI not ELHO. I was sent replacements which did arrive and the planters are great!
Cannot fault the service or the products

I bought a self-watering insert from their amazon store - and it didn't come with a water level indicator - so I bought another, and once again, despite the product description including this key feature - it arrived without. So I have now two useless inserts and no reply from their customer service despite reaching out - very disappointed.

Ik had een probleem met mijn balkonbakken (easy greenville), mailtje gestuurd en direct werd het probleem opgelost. Gebruik al jaren elho potten en zeker een aanrader, vooral hun self-watering-inserts zijn heel goed, had het liefst ook nog een maat 15cm gezien.

Ich wollte mein Paket zurückschicken und das beigelegte Rücksendeetikett hat nicht funktioniert. Dann habe ich versucht jemanden telefonisch zu erreichen und auf der Hotline sagte man mir, dass für mein Anliegen gerade keiner telefonisch erreichbar ist. Dann habe ich eine Email gesendet und um die Aktivierung meines Etiketts gebeten und das neue Etikett funktionierte auch nicht. 30€ Rückversand selbst bezahlt. Der Laden hält einen hin, wenn man etwas zurückschicken möchte. Nie wieder bestelle ich dort.

De deksel van mijn 200 ltr regenton was gesneuveld door een vervelend incident. Per mail contact opgenomen met Elho. Supersnelle en uiterst vriendelijke reactie gekregen. Vervolgens twee dagen later, zonder factuur, een nieuwe deksel thuis bezorgd gekregen. Een voorbeeld voor andere bedrijven. Zó kan het ook! Fantastisch.

Geweldige service van Elho! Kapot onderdeel van mijn regenton kosteloos vervangen en thuis bezorgd. Heel vriendelijke en efficiente klantenservice. Compliment!

Grote bloempot besteld hele mooie kwaliteit en zeer goed en netjes verpakt aangekomen kunnen veel bedrijven een voorbeeld aan nemen

I accidentally order two planters to the wrong address. I don't know why it was set to that address, I haven't lived in the property for 7 years. I tried to cancel my order but didn't see an option to. 8 sent an email to them to see if they could help which I didn't get a reply. I then sent them another email which they did reply to that one. The communication was really bad! They didn't answer my question and I was waiting 2 days for a response. I didn't get any information on when and who was delivering them when I asked them a number of times. Poor poor customer care! When they did finally arrive, they wasn't worth the money. Very shallow. I wouldn't buy from this company again. It's sad because they seem like they're a small business but my experience has left this review. Do better Hannah.

Ordered 21st May with an estimated order date of 28th May. 28th has been and gone, order status says "order created". If I had known this was coming from the Netherlands I might have reconsidered.

I ordered a planter online on 7 May at 15:18 BST. I received an order confirmation and estimated delivery date along with a supposed 'tracking' number. It means nothing. It's now 18 May and according to the link it's 'processing' - not 'intransit' or 'out for delivery', just a 'sorry your parcel hasn't been delivered'. Has it even been despatched? Emailed on Thu 15 May, still waiting for a response.

3 jaar geleden 2 mooie grote witte potten gekocht voor olijfbomen (€350 per stuk). Pot model Round, doorsnede 77 cm, prijs: € 229 per stuk. Daarin extra hydrokorrels gedaan voor een goede afwatering. Helaas zijn beide olijfbomen kapot gegaan doordat het water niet goed weg kon. Daarnaast zijn de potten niet goed schoon te maken aan de buitenzijde, deze zijn vervuild ondanks dat we dit hebben bijgehouden. Er zitten allemaal zwarte/vuile puntjes in, het ziet er niet fris uit. Wij investeren niet meer in kunststof potten.
