I've been waiting for a new radiator since December 2025.I've sent numerous emails and made calls, however, no one not even L&Q can get hold of Elevate Everywhere. What kind of business is being run here???
Never seen anything like it to be honest.
They'll probably post something on Trustpoilt asking me to call them back on a number that ALWAYS goes to voicemail. It's now April and still can't get hold of them. Harry Chambers had the cheek to email me on the 7th April 2026 regarding something totally unrelated...not a clue what a prepayment device has to do with the my the radiator in the bathroom....my prepayment device is working perfectly fine.
What a joke.
I'll have to get this escalated with L&Q Energy
