I would recommend this shop because I received my items quickly and easily. I was able to set everything up right away, and when I had issues, I received help quickly.

Good evening, Vitalis.
I must say I'm disappointed with seeing a review of a bogus experience. Could you elaborate on how your unwillingness to resolve a common issue is related to a scam?
You contacted us on June 24, 2021, at 10:40 PM CEST. Look for attachments further down if you'd like to relive that. In that live chat, you requested a refund that you understandably acknowledged, at the checkout, you wouldn't be able to achieve as stated per our terms and conditions.
You are more than welcome to edit your review. You may also contact our live chat support or email us at support@eleniummods.com to further discuss your review/issue.

Good evening, Joseph.
We are sorry to hear about your terrible experience with your mod menu. If you haven't noticed, we have put a disclaimer on all of our mod menus: The disclaimer is as follows:
"Disclaimer: We, at Elenium Mods, do not advise or condone – in any way, shape, or form – the usage of mod menus online as it is strictly forbidden as described in Rockstar’s Terms of Service".
Therefore, we shall not be held liable for any of the consequences that come with cheating in GTA 5: Online. The price - that you seem to be genuinely unsatisfied with - is heavily determined by the mod menu. Furthermore, this review seems like a product review rather than a service review which is the purpose of this section. This section is solely for sharing your experience with our website, customer support, and so forth.
You are more than welcome to edit your review. You can also contact our live chat support or email us at support@eleniummods.com for instructions on how to safely use your mod menu in the future.
Best regards,
Mathias

Hello, Bkluekenig Life!
We do not understand why you haven't contacted us to resolve your issue or, at least, let us know you needed assistance before leaving a 1-star review. Moreover, We find it very unlikely you haven't received the license key for the purchased product.
There are three ways to retrieve your license key(s):
1. In your order confirmation from Elenium Mods.
2. On the order confirmation page upon successful purchase.
3. Under My Account > License Keys (https://eleniummods.com/my-account/view-license-keys/)
If there is anything we can do to improve your customer experience, please send us an email. The least you can do is letting us know what we could've done better in your review.
Best regards,
Mathias
