This is a SCAM site!!! I won, and then tried to withdraw. Mind you it's Bitcoin. So, the withdrawal didn't go through. I asked why, they said I need to do my KYC. On Bitcoin??! So, I went ahead and did what they asked. After patiently waiting for them to approve me, they finally verify my account. So I go to withdraw, and my money is gone. I ask customer support what is going on. They said my winnings were removed because the bonus expired. Wth?? First of all, I did everything they asked as soon as they asked. They proceeded to take their time to get my account "verified", only to steal my money with a ridiculous response as to why they removed my money. I had opted to play at elegant. Seemed fine and well. I made a withdrawal for 1100$ was sent an email stating i would receive within 24 hrs. They requested some additional documents which I sent into them via email. And i went into my account only to find my withdrawal cancelled. Wen I asked live support they stated I hadnt sent any of my documents in even tho I have a long elaborate email from them thanking me for sending in my documents and saying I have multiple accounts which I do not have. I only have one email that receives any emails from them and I only have one password and account name saved in my password manager. This is absolutely ridiculous. And to add insult to injury they gave me a free chip and more bonuses tailored to my playing style after the fact. Thats not the actions of someone who is holding someone in contempt of any wrong doing. Makes zero sense and why would I return to play with such a bad taste left in my mouth.
