Excellent customer service

Electroquip were excellent. From them listening to my enquiry and giving helpful technical advice, to sending out my purchase that same day. I only made a small order, which was important to me, but their customer care could not have been better. I would highly recommend them. Thanks again.

Immediate refund

When I found out that the delivery charges to Spain were outrageous, they offered me an immediate refund of the amount paid for the ordered item (I had not paid delivery so far) and proceeded with the refund in a few minutes. Great, folks!

Quite simply excellent service

Quite simply excellent service. I placed the order during early afternoon and received the parts by 9.20am next morning via UPS
from Germany. Thank again for all your efforts - very much appreciated.

I was not sure exactly what I needed…

I was not sure exactly what I needed and so sought advice. I was given two solutions both of which would have worked. Once I had decided on what I wanted the order was dispatched quickly and the items delivered did the job required. Very good service and prompt. I would use again and would recommend.
