Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service. Never at one moment did you just feel like a number, you felt like a true customer and a member of a team. Shelby kept me up to date every step of the way and the rest of the team was absolutely fantastic. The best thing, when you email them they actually respond and when you call them you speak with a human.

So far so good
So far so good. The process is pretty decent but not as user friendly as some services. You have to do some setup work and I'm still not 100% sure about how all the billing works but it was pretty strait forward to set it up on Gun broker and people paying with a credit card have had no trouble. I'm happy and I'm sure I'll figure the whole thing out pretty quickly.

The team at ET are some of the best in the business. Anytime a company tells you that they may not be the best solution for you (back in my early days) says a lot. Since then the partnership I have had with ET has been great. It would take a lot for someone to get me to switch. Many have tried, none have succeeded. I would recommend ET to anyone.

I started with just a mobile card reader with chip capabilities as well as swipe(supplied by Electronic Transfers). This was perfect while my business was fun from my home. Now with any off-site office I have a bigger, better machine.
