I ordered this dishwasher last Sunday. The website page said I would get it the next day. The dispatcher called the next day and said it would be Thursday afternoon. I left work early (took vacation time) and went home to meet them. At 5, I started getting texts saying they were running late. At 8:30, the team called and said our driveway was too steep. I told them other teams from Electronics Express had made it up the driveway and they claimed they tried and their lift gate dragged the driveway. But they would have some one deliver the dishwasher the next day. That didn't happen. They claim it will be here tomorrow (Monday). If that doesn't happen, I will cancel the order and go to American Freight.

I ordered a soundbar on 11/14/2025 @ 3:39 P.M. I live 1.5 miles from warehouse from where it was shipped. once it shipped, it went to Lebanon Tn., down to Georgia, back to Mt. Juliet, down to Lavergne, and finally 6 days later, arrived at my house. that was rediculous. I was planning to order a TV, but am reconsidering. horrible service...

Never heard of Electronic Express. Checked Amazon first. EE suggested by Chatgpt for price and reputation. Ordered Saturday night and received it Wednesday noon. Perfect condition, free shipping. Way less expensive than Amazon.

The microwave I ordered arrived damaged. The company does not have a replacement policy so I had to wait for them to receive the damaged microwave and refund my money before I could purchase another one (unless I wanted to be out double the amount for a while which unfortunately I just couldn’t do right now)
