We did not receive the product we were promised and paid for. Instead we received a substitute we neither need or want.

I PURCHASED A REFRIGERATOR.....SALES PEOPLE NICE AND HONEST, DOWN TO EARTH....ONLY HAD IT A WEEK....ITS PRETTY...BUT THE MILEAGE IS A LITTLE SHY.....HA ,TROY

Shopping was a breeze. Notifications came as predicted and my items were hand delivered to me as was stated. I wouldn't hesitate to order again from EE.

They are nice people and ready to help you with your needs!

My experience with buying a laptop at the Hermitage TN location was great, Everyone was very helpful and great to work with. They answered all my questions and was very patient.

I disliked the fact that my refrigerator on the first delivery was damaged. I had to wait another week to received a brand new one. The second delivery was somewhat disappointing because I had to leave my new refrigerator out on my back deck for a for days and was not able to get things hooked up or my old refrigerator disposed of. This was all due to the issue with me not having a shut off valve on the waterline running into the back of my old refrigerator. No blame but I had been without a proper working refrigerator for a few years now. I had my mind focused on a new up to date refrigerator of my choice. I think if you had someone that was more advanced with the installment process you would not have to turn the customer away because the delivery guy doesn't know how to install shut off valves. It's all a part of successfully installing refrigerators. There were a few bleeps with my delivery but accidents do happen. All in all I would still recommend purchasing electronic or appliances from Electronic Express. I plan to purchase items from Electronic Express in the near future. Thanks M and K Thomas

purchased a massage chair was told it would be new in the box and assy. would be done in the house..
what arrived was a chair shrieked wrapped on a blue pallet...needless to say things went down hill..I was told that the chair was a demo....the only place this chair belonged was on a garbage heap..the store manager replacement offer was a joke and would have cost me more money..my response come get it..!!
Oh did I mention that I also bought a washer and dryer on the same day..the third washer and dryer purchased from this store within two years...so much for loyalty to the customer...after chair was picked up I never heard as much as a sorry once the chair was returned to the whse...thanks for the memories..!!!

Dishwasher is good and quite. Dishwash time seems long but does a good job. Installation was quite questionable however. I fixed to leak in the drain line connection myself. I also removed the two screws the installer was trying to drill into the underside of my granite counter top and used the installation holes provided on each side of the dishwasher to attach it to my cabinets. This allowed me to level it better as well. Still glad to have the installers unload it and place and make the original connections and haul-away my old one.

Electronic Express had a refrigerator in stock that had a freezer on top and would fit in the space we have.

The appliance specialist was really helpful, made our shopping experience a good one.

Great recommendation from floor salesman on a whirlpool dishwasher. Install was expedient. Works like a charm!
