I found this company through Amazon they have fantastic reviews and fantastic prices. I purchased a brand new LG washer dryer which was £100 cheaper then all others stores. The delivery men even took all the packaging away. Great people to do business with.

After reading mixed reviews I decided to use this company because of the price. The price was a big saving. I'm happy I chose this company the customer service was ace. Delivery driver was very helpful

I ordered a Samsung sound system (mx h730) its fantastic & for an ex display it was in perfect condition and all sealed up, there was a small problem where the unit was the incorrect one (this is an easy mistake to make with these systems) but was very quickly resovled with the correct unit sent out in 2 working days, I'm very impressed with the level of customer service I received over the phone and yes I will be using this company again :) thank you

Don't take any notice of the few poor reviews!! Ordered a Panasonic microwave yesterday at 3 and it was delivered at no cost to my home address (50 miles from their warehouse) in less than 24 hours. Brilliant service! The guy I spoke to when ordering was keen to advise that the item was 'shop display' but as new. This is exactly true, microwave in perfect condition and working order with the added bonus of being at least £40 cheaper than from other local or national suppliers. Will definitely use this company again and will recommend to friends and colleagues.

found a cheap ex-display television on this site which was at a fantastic price. I asked the condition of the product as the price was to good to be true however it turned out to be exactly as described, the item arrived in prestige condition in its original box.

if you are looking for a bargain electronic empire is the place to shop i purchased a new television for almost half the price then in Argos. Delivery was also very fast.

I placed a order for a new Samsung SUHD two days ago. It arrived today brand new sealed as advertised. I saved myself £200 rather then buying from Curry's. I will be using Electronic Empire again for any electrical purchases and will be recommended to family.

Purchased Hitachi HDTV with built DVD player about 3 months ago. Only reviewing now as I wanted to see if the TV would be working for a few months. Excellent telephone and internet service. They called to ask me when I wanted the items delivered and what time to expect it delivered. Item was delivered 3 days later. TV was ex display but looked brand new to me and everything works as it should. Really happy with my purchase as I paid half price compared other supplies and ebay! Would purchase from them again.

Absolutely shocking. Suppliers of faulty broken goods only to then refer you to the manufacturer and refuse any refund or replacement even although item was delivered broken. Should not be allowed to trade.

I purchased an Hitachi 42 inch television online and less than 24 hours later I was sat watching my new tv ! I found them extremely polite, professional and efficient which is quite rare these days . It was an excellent buy at a fantastic price , would highly recommend .

I ordered this item during the Christmas period at an attractive price. It was delivered the next day, which was a Saturday, as part of the 'free delivery' offer. All paperwork (so I could register for the Sony 5 year warranty) was included and correctly completed. Very good service.

Great experience - Received the TV I ordered within 4 days. Initially recieved a phone call immediatlely after ordering to confirm my card address and the delivery address. Was advised of the likely delivery date and told this would be confirmed by phone the day before with a delivery time window. This all happend and the goods were exactly as advertised and in perfect condition. I would thoroughly recommend Electronic Empire based on this, my first experience.

Brilliant price and early delivery, but the delivery team hadn't allowed enough time to get round the M25 and they ended up doing the M25 and the M3 in the evening rush. I ended up wasting a whole afternoon (and the early evening), waiting for them to turn up.

Ordered my Samsung 65 inch HU8500 TV on Monday and was delivered on Wednesday. The customer service was very good and my phone calls were answered immediately and doubts were resolved. Thanks.

I received a wonderful w829 sony TV in a great quality. Customer service was brilliant. Delivery guys waited until I tested the TV and everything was fine with the TV and I was satisfied only then they left. I strongly recommend Electronic Empire.
