Very good price for TV. Was delivered exactly at time stated. 100% satisfied with purchase from this company.

The whole experience would very good.

Could see on the app how many deliveries before mine and approx time of delivery.

Bought a TV from this company and was a bit concerned about bad reviews, but they were great, I ordered a TV for £140 less then anyone else was selling it for, 6 days later got a call with a next day delivery time slot, it arrived within the time e pected and was well packaged I have absolutely no complaints and would definitely use them again

Very poor service, failed to deliver on the correct day. When a complaint was raised with Amazon, they cancelled the order to avoid the claim with Amazon.

I called them and they lied to me serval times I was told the following:

You told us to deliver the order after Friday - Lie
Amazon have cancelled your order - Lie
Our automated system cancelled your order - Lie
We have given you a full refund - Lie (VAT was missing)
We do not have managers for you to talk to we are a dispatch company only - Lie (your managers name is on your webpage)

Ended up with Amazon sorting my full refund via an internal works order and a reorder via a different supplier.

Amazon were great and have raised an internal complaint about this supplier and their lies. DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE DISHONEST.

I purchased a Samsung QE55Q60RATXXU 55 Inch Smart 4K Ultra HD HDR QLED TV on the 7th of June 2020 from Electronic Empire (also known as Premier A/V Centre), since I’ve had the tv it would every so often go into a boot loop turned on and off again where the only way to fix this was to unplug the tv from the mains power supply and then back in, but a couple of weeks ago it started to happen so I removed the TVs plug from the power supply and in again but this time round it didn’t fix this and now the tv won’t pass the boot up at all! it just turns on the Samsung boot logo shows then it powers off and does the same over and over again! The tv is currently packed away back the the original box it came in as it’s no use to us in it’s current state! I contacted Electronic Empire the same day the tv stopped working via email and was told that as the tv was now out of warranty (by 22 days wow) they would not assist me any further! Then a couple of days ago I discovered something quite alarming as it has a different model code to the one they actually sold us! According to Electronic Empires website and the receipt they supplied me with the model code is: qe55q60tauxxu (which is the code for a United Kingdom region model only for use and warranty here in the UK) but the label on the back of our tv has a different model code which is: qe55q60tauxxh and from a different region (Hungary) where TVs with that particular model code are for use in and not sold here in the UK!

So it seems Electronic Empire are going over to Eastern Europe buying those TVs on the cheep and then bringing them back here to the UK! and selling them as UK region TVs! (Which they are clearly not and why they don’t last long!) Samsung UK have also since informed me even if my tv was still under warranty it wouldn’t be valid here in the UK as the tv is a Hungarian region model! (The warranty is only valid in Hungary)

As it stands I currently have a tv I spent close to £700 just over a year ago that now no longer works which Electronic Empire wants nothing to do with & even when I phoned them last year a few months after buying it regarding the tv doing the boot up error and they fead me a line that it was a software issue which is fixed by unplugging from the mains and plugging back in (which I was doing anyway before talking to them) this method was resolving the issue until a couple of weeks ago!

It is very clear the retailer has sold me something under false pretences and not valid for any warranty or use here in the UK! (Basically a cheeper version then the UK region it’s no wonder the tv lasted barely a year!)

I’ve since reported Electronic Empire to Action Fraud, Trading Standards and Consumer Rights!

Can't fault them to be honest. I got an LG nanocell telly much cheaper than Curry's. It came in the original box (albeit resealed as it was a display model), with all accessories and magic remote. The quality of the telly is excellent and it was delivered within a few days. The only thing I would say is their comms aren't amazing. You wont hear much from placing the order until the day before it is ready to be delivered and if like me you are in Scotland it would be worth noting they only delievr here once a week on a Saturday. And I'll admit I had the fear of god in me when I tried to call the number on their website and it was out of use. All good though and I'm very happy with the product

I ordered a microwave on Friday last week. I had no updates about my order and chased it up on Monday. I was informed by a member of staff that it would arrive on Thursday (today) have waited, but no notification about delivery time. I rang again to check about delivery time this morning, was waiting for a phone call back to let me know. No phone call so called them back again was told that it is now being delivered tomorrow. I asked why I was given the wrong day, they informed me that it was out of stock until Tuesday I replied that I hadn’t been informed about this. I thought if you ordered something and your payment was accepted it was available. Very poor service and miscommunication. I now have to wait in tomorrow now!! It says in their delivery policy they endeavour to deliver as soon as possible !

Update

Ironically after speaking to them today , I now have had notification of the delivery tomorrow. Still not good enough though!

Ordered a Qled tv on Friday 2.30pm, it was delivered the following day at 8am. Cant recommend Empire enough, 1st class service bargain tv ( £100 less than anywhere else ) pleasant guy dropped it off, well impressed from start to finish. Would have no hesitation in using these guys again.

So impressed with these guys! Friendly and extremely helpful on the phone. Placed order for a new TV online and it arrived the next morning.

Ordered a Kenwood microwave and received excellent service from this company. The item was extremely well packed, and the best price I could find online.

Your delivery crew went out of their way to help get the appliance into the house - not an easy manouvre by any means. Both of them very cheerful and friendly throughout.

I purchased a 55" LG TV ex display and was assured the tv was as new the advice I was given was accurate,factual and given in a friendly helpful way. I opted to have the TV delivered as the store was over a 100 miles away . The TV was delivered the following day amazing service .The driver rang me 15 minutes before arrival and even brought the TV up to my apartment as I am disabled.
The TV was supplied in all the original packaging and is absolutely brand new.
OUTSTANDING SERVIVE

Bought a TV / dvd recently and was really impressed with this company. Price was very competitive, delivery was quick and when my son accidently dropped his remote control after only 2 days, they arrange for a free replacement. Superb customer service.

Easy to order, and a great price for a fabulous HD 32”TV, which was delivered in good order when stated! Well worth a look at their website, some great bargains there!

This is the worst company, I don’t know why but the person who served me was so rude on two separate occasions, I was completely polite and the person still was not receptive. I will not be ordering again and they do not deserve my service.
