After much scanning of the internet managed to find the TV that I wanted at £170 less than Amazon or John Lewis were quoting.
Easy to order and was made aware of delivery procedures .
Notified of delivery the day before and advised of time on the day which was adhered to.
The TV was exceptionally well packaged and I am delighted with it.
Would use this supplier again and would certainly recommend to others.

I looked around for a Sony soundbar and through Amazon Marketplace found this company selling a very discounted model that I wanted. It was sold Used - almost new. I took a chance and within 2 days it had been posted and delivered. Apart from a minor dent in the front mesh panel, it is perfect. Well worth the investment. Great service.

customer service is fantastic very good communication fast delivery half way across the country. i bought an ex display 58" bush tv for 250 pound and its brand new with wrapper still on so very happy and would recommend them.

I ordered a bush 55inch TV ex display. No problems setting it up also in great condition. I will be telling all my friends about this company.

I would give it 5 stars but for 3 days, i heard nothing and didn't get replies from emails sent. But the buying process was easy. The TV was a great price. After 3 days though, I got emails and notifications letting me know, I would hear about the delivery which would be 1 to 4 days. Once I got notifications of delivery the communication was better and delivery was as informed. Except for the initial delay, I am very happy and very satisfied.

Ordered a tv. THEY cancelled order and it’s now three weeks later and I’ve still not received refund. I will be now applying for legal engagement as small claim court as was over £800. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered an under counter freezer which was exactly as specified.

Delivery straightforward though I order on a Sunday and it was delivered on the following Thursday- not next 48 hours - but I’m not complaining.

Good service and an excellent price, £50 cheaper than competitors.

I called to pickup a tv, they were polite on phone. On getting there, I was attended to by friendly staff. The TV was brought out, tested and repackaged neatly..then even though I was packed a little faraway, they took the TV to my car. I was well attended to and I will happily refer a friend to them anytime. I also forgot to say, their price was the cheapest I have ever seen..

Dishonest business,waiting 2 days already for my Zanussi blender to make soup for my kids. Only ordered as it says Next day delivery.
If it ever arrives may be returning.

I bought a Panasonic, Microwave Oven from Electronic Empire. The service was great, it arrived really quickly and extremely well packaged. When I spoke with their customer service, they were super helpful and really polite. I would totally recommend this company. Thank you

Ordered a computer monitor. He sent out an inferior, cheaper monitor. Which was also damaged! Tried to pass this off 'as new' which was laughable. He then expected me to pay for the return postage (which is hassle for large monitor). Then refused to take the return. Then tried to refuse the refund.

He puts up many hurdles so you might give up returning his shoddy products. It took months and months to get this resolved. This is how he trades.

I experienced shady business practices, lies and a complete disregard for the laws of this land. He should not be allowed to trade in my opinion.

If this, and other the negative reviews, do not dissuade you from parting with your money then do some digging on this ‘company’ (it's just a sole trader) and the other 'businesses' at this address. All the same problems.

Their ‘guaranteed next day delivery’ promise plastered all over their website is nothing but a lie, 2 days after ordering and I was still waiting for any order update. I then messaged asking for a delivery update and was told their next day delivery promise ‘only applies to small items’ and if I wanted the dishwasher I’d have to wait until ‘some time next week’. I was then asked to remove this review from Trustpilot - I replied saying that I would not as it was entirely factual. I received no reply, but my order was then cancelled and refunded. I’d urge anyone to spend a little bit more with a reputable company.

Sell faulty products and refuse to deal with it under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Do not use.

Paid for twice for Samsung odyssey ark still waiting on refund for 1 over a week ago Payment card not registered 1st company to say this OK, I then paid on another card was told should be with you end of week, Friday has come and gone call them Tuesday to be told end of this week on next week, I'll believe it when pigs fly, ( bad excuse delivery company has back log ) bit of communication with customers wouldn't go a miss, with the tone of staff I cancelled.
I'd leave 0 stars, bad experience!!!!!!

We bought a Samsung Hw-Q990c sound bar subwoofer with 2 speakers the sound bar is faulty not sure if was new or repaired we bought through Amazon so hopefully we get our money back empire wanted to charge us £30 for the carrier cost we are still waiting for a date and time to get it picked up. Do not use this company as they are rude saying if found not to be faulty at their end we will not get full refund! if was not faulty we would not be sending back hoping Amazon sort this out won’t be buying anything else from this company they get your money then not interested after that causing us anxiety.

Got the Samsung 77'' S95C OLED TV at an absolute bargain price. Was very cautious about it saying it was brand new but on delivery it certainly was brand new as advertised. Delivered next day as promised and I ordered this late on in the day too!! The sales person rang me when I had a few issues and was very helpful in solving this. Would highly reccomend them and will use again if the price is right for me compared to other retailers.

Selling refurbished goods as new. Don't touch these guys with a barge pole. I purchased a TV from them September 2021. TV intermittently faulting, but outwith 30 days so wouldn't touch. Registered it with Samsung, but by the time the TV failed completely i was outwith my year with them (not that either of these times matter). Took TV to an independent engineer who opened the TV up and found a sticker signed and dated 26th Feb 2021, over 6 months before i purchased the TV. Electronic Empire i am now being told are well known for this. They couldn't be any more dismissive and their attitude from the moment i flagged the intermittent issue in March 2022 has been shocking. Cowboys, avoid unless happy with potentially refurbed goods being sold as new.
