Ordered Thursday morning, phone call in the afternoon to arrange delivery the following Monday (this was in the run up to Christmas). When we came to put the vehicle together 2 weeks later right before Christmas, a part was broken. They courier another part out really quickly so it was here in time for Christmas. Really impressed with the service and the Volvo digger is great and my son absolutely loves it! We will be using the company again.

Friendly service. Answered lots of questions before I bought and made sure I was purchasing the correct Kart for my son's birthday. Delivery was good and when I had an issue with the charger a new one was sent straight away. Excellent customer service and one very happy little boy. Thank you so much Sid.

Similar to other customers on here, the charger for our 6V ride-on car overheated and cracked and needed to be replaced. Customer services were completely unhelpful and rude and sent me a link to buy a new one for £14.99 + shipping. I reminded him that the company has a duty to replace faulty items but he ignores me.

I've logged a complaint with Trading Standards.

Excellent service , we went to the store in Bolton and had a look at the great selection in store .
We ordered the quad bike and they delivered it fully assembled .

I bought the Mercedes CLS for my daughter and had some trouble putting together. I contacted customer service and received email reply within the hour with advice to fix the problem. As well as this Sam also called to discuss further and confirm all was well and to assist further.
I honestly cant fault this company, product or customer service also affordability, always great deals.

Amazing customer service! I can’t praise this company enough. When assembling the car for my son I noticed a part was damaged. This was a month after delivery. His birthday was a few days away. Within 30 minutes of emailing customer service I had a response and within two days a replacement part had reached my house in time for the birthday surprise. No questions asked, prompt response and excellent customer service. Would highly recommend!

Very strange experience - I ordered a replacement charger for my son's electric toy car, they sent me a charger which was then found to be faulty (didn't charge the car) - so I sent it back.

They then denied it was the charger they sent out to me and refused to refund me the £14.99! The person who I was in contact with (Javid) did not call me when I replied to their email asking for a call to discuss - Then I called them / him, he continued to claim the charger I returned is not the one I was sold so they wouldn't process the refund.

I am not going to spend more time pursuing this, however I do feel I should leave this review to warn others.

EDIT BASED ON BELOW RESPONSE: Not true, WHY on earth would I bother to go to such lengths over £14.99?!?

Again, my advice to others reading this is not to deal with this company.

Awful customer service. I boughy a £279 electric drift go cart for my child on Feb 4th.he used about 3 times before things went wrong..the car would go by itself without touching the pedal almost causing my 5 yrd old to crash into car. They sent new pedal out and for me to fix myself then the battery lasted about 5 mins after full charge they sent out new charger but same things kept happening as in going by itself very dangerous.I contacted them and they said they pay some of money back and I had to pay for delivery. Also they deduct money as the wheels are worn.go to big store instead of this company.

Ordered a car for my daughters birthday and unfortunately it was damaged during transit. I spoke with the company straight away and they were absolutely fantastic, they kept in touch with me and replied promptly to my emails.they tried to source the same car as a replacement but when it was apparent it wouldn't arrive in time they gave a full refund and collected the damaged item.
The car itself looked fantastic apart from the damage. I was gutted to send it back. We will be ordering again for Christmas instead now.

I bought a G63 for my nephew's 2nd birthday. I contacted the company with some general questions before purchasing, they got back to me straight away and they were really helpful. I purchased the car and recieved it in 2 days. When I had assembled the car and charged it I couldn't seem to get it to work. I contacted the company again and immediately they troubleshooted and talked me through checking different parts of the battery. In the end it was just one set of wires that needed to be pushed into the socket. Couldn't be happier with the service I have recieved and will be purchasing in the future for sure. The car runs great, has a parental remote control which is ideal at his age and he will love the music that can be played from it!

I ordered an electric police car much cheaper than anywhere else and was very suspicious because i couldn't find enough reviews about the website. The car arrived two days later and its brilliant.
I contacted them via their facebook page and they got in touch straight away answering my questions.
It wont be the last time i use them and ill recommend them to all my friends.
And guess what, delivery was free and super fast.

I have just purchased a Lamborghini for my daughters Birthday I would 100% recommend Electronic Ride on cars as my daughters electric car I purchased is beautiful and drives smooth the wheels are actual rubber and the quality of the car is excellent not plasticy which I was worried about, well worth the money, Trust pilot doesnt have many reviews so I am leaving a review on here, the Facebook page has more reviews but if you have any queries just email them and the replies are quick and honest it is next day delivery as I orderd mine over bank holiday I got it the next working day, the communication through email with the seller was 100% and the car is actually like a dream thank you!

Like with every website, I always check it out on trustpilot first, but this website didn’t have any reviews so I was a bit dubious. I checked them out on Facebook and they seemed legit, so I took a leap of faith. So glad I did. Glad to be writing their first trustpilot review also 👏🏼
