Wrong panels fitted and now being ignored - NOW FIXED
Panels that were fitted didn’t work with the inverter, now 2.5 months later they’re still not replaced and they don’t want to fit the battery until the panels are done.
Called/emailed weekly but constantly told “I have to speak to so and so”, “I’ll call next week” or “I’ll see what we can do” and now I think I’m being ignored.
Jess/Andy please reply to my email! It’s now been 6 months since I made that first payment!
Update: Had a call hours after posting this to say some panels had been found. Panels and battery fitted 3 days later. Just need the MCS cert now.

Excellent solar install job carried out by a great team.
We had done quite a bit of research and obtained a number of quotes before selecting EE. Prior to the install, the team answered a number of questions from me and were very responsive.
The install was a little unusual, needing coordination with a roofer who was replacing our tiles at the same time. All this was handled really well. The system is now operational and already cutting my electricity import use. Considering how busy the team are in the current climate (no pun intended), they were responsive, polite and did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to recommend them, in fact I already have!

Small firm, providing excellent advice, communication and service led by highly skilled and professional management (Danny and Andy) who undertake the work themselves. Better than average quotes and Very please with results. I would highly recommend them.

The guys from electrical energy really seemed to know the systems and there was never any ‘hard sell’ they just wanted to help. The work was done very efficiently with full explanations. All seems to be working very well.

Loving the System 3.9 Kw and 7 kw of…
Loving the System 3.9 Kw and 7 kw of battery storage. Used GSE in roof panels to save money on lightweight tiles for a conservatory roof replacement.
Danny, Andy and the team, were great.
Highly recommend.
