I bought 3 electric scooters from them…
I bought 3 electric scooters from them and all of them didn’t last long! I don’t know from where they ship them to the UK but most of them didn’t worth the money ! My last scooter had to be repaired by them 3 times for 1 year since I bought it and when I requested them to repair it for a 4th time, their stupid technical team didn’t pick up my scooter and wanted to charge me extra to pick it up again because the mistake was their not mine 🤦♂️ ! Absolutely avoid this company! It doesn’t worth any money!

Hi Ivan,
You have bought a few scooter from us. All of which have abused and not looked after. We had previously, in the past provided repairs under warranty, despite the fact the scooters had been 'trashed', this was done out of goodwill by us.
On your current scooter the warranty was for 1 year, which came to an end in February 2024.
On Friday 12th July a collection was agreed and booked in for Monday 15th July. You were advised that someone will need to be there at the time of collection, which can take place anytime between 9am-5pm.
On Monday mid-morning you sent us an email stating you will not be in, despite telling us you would be, and left the scooter outside to collect.
This was too late for the courier to action, by this point the driver was already on his route with in-excess of 100 collections and deliveries to make over the course of the day.
Had we been notified in sufficient time we could have looked to action this with the courier.
It was made clear there is a cost for missed collections, as this is time wasted by the courier.

Very frustrating
Bought this for my 9 year old son in June, Within 3 weeks the screen had broken off i emailed them and they sent a replacement 1 which has also fallen off. Then a week or so later 2 screws had fallen off from the handle bars making the hamdle bars quiet loose . Then my son had a really nasty fall on it and the scooter turned all the way around and the wires have snapped now the scooter is completely broken. I have emailed the company regarding this and still waiting on a reply. Very frustrating.

Good morning,
We are sorry to hear about your issue. When you originally reported the screen cover had come off we sent a new one out ASAP.
We then had no further contact from yourself reporting any other issues. From the pictures you have now sent the screen has snapped off due to an impact, not fallen off as reported.
On the email sent to us you stated 2 screws had come out of the handle bars. Yet you contained to use the scooter, again no issues were reported to us.
You have now informed us that the scoter has been crashed.
Had we been aware of the issues this could have been looked at before your son crashed the scooter.

Electric scooters are in themselves not illegal but where used is !! ... more attention is needed so any purchaser fully understands what they are buying and its use. Tick here you have read the rules !!!!!!
