Received this item - used as per instructions - did not work. Requested refund but item was replaced instead. This also did not work. Completely frustrated with customer service who asked for video evidence. Gave up in the end - a very bad show. I would give this product zero stars, but I cannot remove the single star.

Die Geräte können leider nicht aufgeladen werden. Ansonsten würden sie funktionieren. Die Firma gibt leider keine Herstellerdaten heraus. Es wäre super wenn man wüsste mit welchen Daten die Akkus aufgeladen werden können.

Ich habe das Gerät seit wenigen Tagen. Ein Urteil abzugeben wie Erfolgreich die Behandlung ist, kann ich noch nicht abgeben. Was ich sehr schlecht finde, dass die Klebe Pads wenn man es genau sieht nur einmal verwendet werden kann. Wenn man es ganz vorsichtig löst geht es vielleicht 2x. Im Klartext heißt das es ist relative teuer wenn man die Behandlung täglich an verschiedenen Körper Partien durchführt. Gibt es hier keine besseee Lösung? G. Kaatz

This Electrapy product doesn't even deserve 1 star. I would have given it 0 stars but 1 was the minimum possible. It doesn't work at all. Lights can be switched on but nothing happens.The light then goes out after a couple of minutes.
A complete waste of money!

Abschließend möchte ich heute hinzufügen, dass ich das Gerät nach Spanien zurückschicken sollte für 19€ Porto. Habe nun mein Geld des Gerätes zurück überwiesen bekommen nach langem Hin und Her. Also 19€ in den Sand gesetzt, bin aber froh, daß dieser Fehlkauf nun abgeschlossen ist.

Worked for a month - charges but no output after limited use - don’t waste your money - buy a Tens machine which does the job claimed by this manufacturer.

A complete and utter waste of money. Did not work at all and the adhesive by which is supposed to stick the device to your skin came away from the device. A gooey mess! A scam. Do not buy.

Nachdem das Electrapy angekommen ist, mußten wir feststellen, daß es nicht funktioniert. Wir reklamierten und schickten entsprechende Bilder. Danach kam die Antwort, wir sollen ein Video senden. Zuerst wollten wir Ersatz, aber nach mindestens 10 Mails hin und her, wollten wir das Gerät zurück senden und Geld zurück. Wir bekamen keine Adresse für Retoure, angeblich ist das Video nicht angekommen, Bearbeitung wäre nur mit Video. Nun meldet sich keiner mehr von der Ecomgroup. Wir werden wohl auf unser Geld sitzen bleiben. Diese Erfahrung macht man nur einmal, nun bin ich schlauer. Habe nun mehrere Bewertungen gelesen, leider zu spät. Die meisten haben die gleiche Erfahrung gemacht. Leider kann man auch nicht anrufen in Deutschland. Wir baten um Anruf, nichts passiert.

Do not buy an Entrapy device, it does not work at all, no sensation whatsoever, even after a full charge. I bought it in good faith for neuropathy. It is actually a muscle relaxer
I'm trying to return it, but the website makes it impossible. This is a scam. I am gutted I didn't read the reviews first.

I paid almost£50 for this massager used once for 12mins as stated and when I remove it the sticky pad on 1 side came off not able to use it absolutely rubbish.ive tried to obtain them with no results. My ne t step will be to contact paypal

A total waste of money and time. It's a scam. Doesn't work after 2 days. I asked for the refund, but to no avail.

This device worked for one week. It then felt that when you used the intensity of the massage was so bad that you hardly felt it even when turned up to the highest level. Customer service want a video that they say never gets to them terrible service (A video would never show the problem anyway). You cannot return it and get your money back. Do not buy its a scam. Taiwan based I believe, what more can I say.

This is a scam. Same things available on Amazon for £9.06 with free delivery on Prime. I purchased 2 units,for £77.0 one worked for three days,the other for five days. Trying to deal with ecom7 is difficult, They require a video of the faulty units. Trying to send a video seems to be impossible, now asking my card provider to try a chargeback.Keep well clear of this company.

This is a disgraceful company. I ordered one device for £49 which took quite a while to arrive. It then worked for about 6 days and then stopped. I complained to the company which replied by sending an online manual and requesting a video of it not working. After a while they seemed to accept this and sent me a second device. Same problem..it worked a few times then stopped. I got back to the company who then sent me another manual and a request for another video showing both devices not working. I did this and requested a refund. They replied by saying exceptionally they would send me a third device. I said I did not want this but as their device was useless I wanted a refund. I got a reply saying they didn't give refunds!! I told them this was totally unacceptable. They have accepted the devices sent to me don't work but refused to refund me. I think this is totally immoral and if they were based in this country it would be illegal. I have asked for contact details of their CEO but that has been greeted with silence.
So my advice is ignore their slick advertising and avoid this company.

Er is op internet en bij het gekochte product nergens een nederlandse gebruiksaanwijzing te vinden. Kortom 60 euro in het putje.

Bought one of these recently, stopped working after 2 weeks,when I received item there was no Invoice or Charger cable and the instructions stated that it had a dry cell battery to be replaced if necessary, there is no battery as it should be rechargeable, made a complaint and was sent an E mail telling me to make video of how I was operating the machine, bloody fools, how can that be done when dead, went on to prevarication and give me a load of useless gobbledegook,want a replacement and they are refusing, stay well clear of thee Chalatans!!

WARNING - DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
The company claims it gives a 90-Day "No questions asked" refund if you are not completely satisfied. They claim the website that advertises this is not theirs, total waste of time and money.

My credit card company has been advised and is dealing with this scam.

This item worked well for 3 days about 6 times then it stopped working it was £49 pounds lost I sent emails and called to let them know about it not working NO REFUND has been given and no word from them
