after 2 weeks still waiting for a replacment

Excellent fire. £30 below B and Q even after delivery. They also went the extra mile and arranged next day delivery in time for Easter (still included). Highly recommended.

I waited over 5 weeks for an item I was told was in stock, after contacting elecvation I was told they did not have the item and would have to wait, this however caused some very bad publicity for me and has cost me the loss of some work now and probably in the future, I'll not be using Elecnation again.

This was my first order with ElecNation. I ordered our new bathroom light purely on the price offered
I had a reply within minutes advising me that the light was out of stock, but giving me a date when it would be available.
Two more "e" mails kept me up to date on the estimated delivery date, and it arrived a day early.
Great service ! I have already told my friends about Elecnation.

The sales representative (unfortunately don't know his name) was absolutely brilliant, providing us with the quotes and specifications in the blink of an eye. Also possibility to pay invoice by redirection straight from the pdf file to the payment page with almost all the data already filled in is outstanding and very contemporary.
Will definitely use again.

The sales manager, Carl, deserves a medal! I had problems with my delivered order but Carl bent over backwards to rectify any issues in no time. I highly recommend this company and will trade with them in the future without any hesitation. Full marks!

placed order ,given delivery date & on that told it will be another 6 weeks. Cancelled order had to wait over a week for refund because of Pay Pal clearing . re ordered from another firm & delivered within four days.

Firstly I ordered a variety of coloured switches and sockets. They were very proactive in contacting me to check that I had meant to order the different colours as they didn't all match. I confirmed that I had ordered what I required and was impressed with this level of checking of orders.
It then turned out that I had in fact ordered 2 of the wrong sockets. Even though they had confirmed my order they were very helpful in allowing me to return them for a refund. in the meantime, and as my order was urgent, they contacted the distributor and asked for the replacement order to be sent directly from the distributor to help me out.
Finally, after my electrician had been he advised that I actually needed a different sort of switch. After a quick email to ElecNation they sent the part to me in the post FOC.
For such a relatively small order I could not have asked for more customer friendly help and advice. 5 star all round, thank you. I would definitely recommend ElecNation to anyone without hesitation.

Ihastuin valikoimissanne oleviin valaisimiin, jotka sopivat täydellisesti uuteen kylpyhuoneeseemme. Täällä Suomessa kostean tilan valaisimien valikoima on hyvin suppea ja jotenkin mitään sanomattoman näköinen. Olin ehtinyt ostaa jo kristallivalaisimen kattoon ja tuntui toivottomalta löytää siihen sopivat seinävalaisimet, kunnes sattumalta löysin teiltä aivan ihanat saman tyyliset lamput ja vielä edulliseen hintaan.
Asiakaspalvelunne on erinomaista.
Selvititte kiitettävän nopeasti toimituskulut ja tilaaminen ja maksaminen kävi vaivattomasti. Pakettiakaan ei tarvinut kauaa odotella.

Ordered a door bell. The one i wanted was discontinued. Elecnation sent me an email telling me what alternatives were on offer. Ordered an alternative on there advise.
Just what i wanted. Would use this company again.

Mirror installed and looks great against the glass shower screens and chrome fittings.
I am very pleased and can certainly recommend ElecNation for supplying exactly what they described.

Having ordered and paid online I was given detailed information on my order including delivery estimate. I was surprised to receive my order well ahead of the estimated date. My order was exactly what I ordered and was well packaged. A first class service.

I dealt with a very friendly young chap named Andy. His product knowledge was outstanding! He offered me excellent customer service and was very helpful. My order was placed at lunchtime and arrived the very next day! I will definitely be dealing with ElecNation again.
