Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that our shipping policy clearly mentions free delivery for orders above ₹500. For orders below ₹500, a standard shipping charge of ₹50 is applicable. Additionally, a COD handling fee of ₹100 is charged for all Cash on Delivery orders.
These charges are displayed at the time of placing the order. We appreciate your understanding and are always here to help if you need any clarification.

No secure packing. Original carton box is damaged during delivery of the product. The product is not damaged. Chance of breakage of LED light due to unsafe packing.

Excellent Experience
Well , i was searching some of electronic equipment on Google and eventually encounted with Elecart so
initially i was thinking weather should I order or not but after doing some research and chatting on WhatsApp with Elecart , i got the confidence and the staff is very good and understanding.
And i placed my order through WhatsApp and done payment through phone pay upi then within 24 hour i recieved my order tracking details and within a week i received my order.
This is all my experience with Elecart, i hope this review will help various other customers who want to place the order from Elecart.
