I got my linen material suit in the mail, not what I was wanting. Was going to see if I could make it work, immediately the button fell off. I emailed them to see if I could return it or get credit, I was told that I damaged it when that is far from the truth. A button shouldn’t fall off right as it’s tried on; maybe 5 seconds on my body. They blamed me and this man named Kent says that there is nothing he can do. I ask for it to go to management in which takes a month to tell me because it was damaged during try on, it did not qualify. This has to be wrong, there is no way a product should break the second it’s touched.

Bad customer service👎🏼👎🏼 i paid for express shipping and still take them more than a week. what kind of express shipping was that?? Wtf?

The service was excellent, and I got my outfit in time. It fits perfectly, and I will be ordering something again.

Just received my jumpsuit from ELAGIA and I’m thrilled! It fits perfectly, the fabric feels great, and shipping was quick with secure packaging. I’ve already worn it a few times—super comfy! Definitely ordering again soon.

The blazer is good, but I prefer a tighter fit.

Customer service team have been very good to me and I must say the 3 piece suit is absolutely amazing.
It would have cost me 700-800£ to get the same design and quality where I'm based.
Would 100% order again.

DO NOT order anything for this company- no customer service and no returns and no product even when you pay and wait for 60 days.

I purchased two of ELAGIA's dresses, a few months apart. After reading reviews online, I was a bit skeptical about customer service and receiving packages on time. The first dress only took a couple of weeks around the holidays and the quality is AMAZING, just like the pictures, I was blown away. A few months later, I purchased a second dress that I needed in 3 weeks for an event. Immediately after purchasing, the confirmation email said 2 important points of information: to double check the size chart to confirm your size and if the dress is needed for a certain date, you can send the date to them and they will try to have it shipped to meet that date. I realized I needed to change the size and I also requested to have it within 3 weeks. Within 24 hours, I received a personal response, not an automated response (shout out Kent), who said the size was already updated and information on the processing/shipping time with a note that they will try to prioritize my order. The dress arrived in 2 weeks and again, I was blown away by the quality. Will definitely be ordering from ELAGIA again and again!
