Wonderful customer service, great prices and quick delivery

The company that filled my drop shipped order sent me 4 out of date products, almost a year out of date. Missy was great, resolved the issue for me.

I order regularly from eJuiceDB, they have fast shipping and great customer service.

Have ordered from them for almost a year now. 1st time ever had an issue with shipping. Contacted customer service and they got back to me quick, helped me on what plan was moving forward. Missy was on the ball, polite and couldn’t have asked for any better than she was

I had gotten a faulty vape and I had reached out and the service that was provided was AMAZING!!! The one one customer support was beyond what I had expected I had Alejandra who assisted me and went above and beyond to help me! I know that if I was to ever have an issue again I know that I will have an amazing customer service to help me!!!

Quick and timely response as well as a quick resolution.

The site not only is glitchy but there is wrong information. On the product pages it says shipping is 9.99 but when you go to check out it says 11.99. I contacted them and said they will inform the team. When i asked about a code or something to reflect the posted price discrepency they told me to join the loyalty program so I can earn points for coupons

Customer service and communication is very good!

It cost 11.99 to have something shipped. First, the thing I wanted the most was deleted because it was out of stock and the rest of it was shipped in two separate orders. I got one and I didn't care for it but I had never tried it before. And I waited a while for the next shipment and when I went into FedEx I see where it was sitting in Orlando for a week. I called FedEx they said I would have to put a claim in through e-juice DB. I sent an email because there's no way to contact the company by phone and the next day I got an email back saying I needed to put a claim in through the route application. Even though it had been a week I was not allowed to put the claim in that day. I waited a couple days and went back in and long behold they found my package and it was going to get delivered now. I spent all this money and I had to do all the work to locate it and get it moving. And I didn't end up with the product I wanted the most. Not happy

They resolved an issue with one device quickly

Fast delivery. On time with expected delivery date. Juices are exactly what I wanted. Taste exactly the same as what I got from vape shop. Will buy from them again!
