I did experience an issue with Fed Ex at no fault of eJuice-however, their cs rep Evelyn, was out of this world amazing at her job and resolving my issue.
eJuice also had my flavor of disposable vape when all others were out. Their products have never let me down.

I had ordered a Smok 50W Kit, but was delivered a Smok novo Kit, (in 3 days, so great shipping anyway).
I spoke to Evelyn at ejuiceDB immediately after my package arrived, and 15 mins later, the CORRECT item had a shipping label to leave the “dock” at ejuiceDB!!!!!
Great customer service online, very immediate service and correction!

Well I had my first issue Ejuice DB, they accidently sent the wrong Juice. I sent a email to the company and within a short time the problem was resolved. I have nothing but excellent experience with juice DB, and now I got to deal with their customer service, and I must say that they are excellent as well. Great job Ejuice DB.

I ordered 20 disposable vapes, but when the order got here I was missing two. I contacted support and Missy was extremely helpful! They are sending out the two missing vapes and Missy was super nice through the entire interaction.

First and foremost ejuicedb is fantastic. My husband and i are regular customers due to fast shipping and reasonable prices. Ive never had an issue with an order in the 2 years I've been ordering until recently. Their cx service was quick to respond and got my issue resolved just as fast. I expected since Their support system was thru email this would be a long drawn out experience and it certainly was not. Great customer service is hard to come by (especially working in a customer experience environment all day my expectations are already high) and this team delivered above and beyond.
