My vehicle was hit by enterprise staff member. Its been over 2 months waiting for it to be repaired so far. Shocking

I was in an accident and the insurance company sent me a check for the rental car. I called Enterprise and a lady said she would not rent to me, because she wanted me to give her my bank account number and routing number. I said no, I have a check in the full amount from the insurance company and they told me to call you, and give you the money to get a vehicle. She said no, I want you to give me your bank info. I said I would go somewhere else to get a vehicle, and I did. Now , if you want to rectify it, you can give me the money for the rental, that I have. FPRP.

OUR FAMILY TRIP IS 3 WEEKS AWAY TO ORLANDO I MADE RESERVATIONS 2 MONTHS AGO SO I CALLED YESTERDAY JUST CHECK ON MY RESERVATIONS THEY TELL ME UNFORTUNATELY THEY CAN'T MEET MY DEMANDS FOR A 15 PASSENGER VAN THAT THEY CAN GIVE ME 2 7 PASSENGER VANS BUT IF I HADN'T CALLED WHEN WERE THEY GON CALL AND LET ME KNOW SO I CAN TRY TO MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS SO WE'RE IN A PICKLE TRYNA GET A 15 PASSENGER VAN I GUESS SOMEONE CAME IN WITH MORE MONEY THAN ME AND THEY SOLD OUR RESERVATIONS IM PISSED JEROME ROBINSON 706-255-8628

Great Service! Dublin is a very busy office. In just a few minutes the turnover of cars was amazing. AJ was fantastic to work with. He was able to change cars for us ,as well as several other guests, who had ordered manual instead of automatic transmissions.
Inventory was low, but they made it all happen. Very professional and competent .

Chris asked me to write more on this format. Richard Stoltz had a reservation for 930 am on Sat. We had called the direct number but we assume we got transfered to the call center. Hunter Ballard the assistant manager acknowledged the reservation but had no car for us. He told us he would call back in 45 min. To see if he got a car. No call so we called 6 times. All 6 times we got the call center. Each person acknowledged the reservation bit no one produced a vehicle. Hunter said the call center over books all the time. The lady in front of Richard also had no car. How do you have a reservation but no vehicle?
What about the cost of canceling the trip, who should pay for that? 715.399.8477

Terrible company. Absolutely no regard for their customers. What's worse is that they pretend to care just to keep you feeling like they're going to do something, and then nothing happens..... 9 months of "customer service" led to nothing.

Enterprising Scammers::: never rent a car from these scammers… They will say anything to steal from you. Double the CC hold on a card. When we provided TPL insurance the said they didn’t care and if we didn’t sign they would call the Mexican police who are almost as corrupt at Enterprise Holdings.

My car experience at National Car rental in Alexandria,La at 1100 Frank Andrews Airport was absolutely amazing my rental agent Ms.Janet Williams was great she was polite,kept a smile,and very caring i had a small problem when turning in my car and she was right there to help and assist me about it shes wonderful..

Recently hired a car at heathrow for a few days, was tired after 18hours of travel. Last thing we wanted to do was deal with the usual argy bargy of car hire. How happy we were, to be handled professionally, courteously and in a friendly manner by Elysia a management trainee working at Enterprise holdings. She was great to deal with, and was really flexible when discussing options. Definitely an asset to the company. When it came to returning the car, there was no fuss, no difficulties. The person checking us back in was equally as courteous. Would definitely use them again. The actual booking was with Alamo.
