Hello, I checked your account and found only one expired order for Instapay noting that orders with bank transfer, fawry and wallet expired automatically within 5 hours.
and as written on the website and while checkout in case of bank transfer you have to send to us transfer receipt by whats app or messenger or call us that's because our banks accounts are business accounts we don't receive notification sms also we have multiple business bank account we don't know which account you transfer to it also we receive multiple transfer daily so we can't guess which transfer for which customer until we receive screen shoot from the customer to confirm.
as we didn't receive any notification from your side your order become expired
and we try to call you and send to you on whats app with no response from you.
Update: after you answered our call and keep shouting and show the case as it's our mistake ( again instructions are written while checkout beside the bank account and even by logic if I made a transfer i have to inform the receiver specially business account ) and you insist not to send the transfer screen shoot and don't need the code and finally hang up the call while speaking and refused to answer our calls we sent the amount to your phone number recorded on the account.

So please get in contact with your bank and ask them why they are decline the transaction also please try to use card support 3Ds with OTP and don't pay in USD while using an Egyptian cards.
