EF TOURS - AMAZING SUPPORT and PHENOMENOL EXPERIENCE
The website was fantastic to guide everything that needed to be done leading up to the trip in a clear and easy to navigate manner! The process, spread over time and chunked was manageable and not stressful at all. The email reminders were also helpful.
Our guide, Selios, was PHENOMENAL, knowledgeable, friendly, and he went above and beyond every day of the tour. He related to adults and students alike, he made the information interesting and the pride he took in sharing his home country with us was clearly evident. He had obvious rapport with the 'local guides' which were also AMAZNG. When we got news of our flight home being cancelled, EF was there in the background to reassure and help - and everything was back on track within a couple of hours and went smoothly in the end, with a flight for everyone back on schedule from Frankfurt to Calgary. I would ABSOLUTELY travel with EF tours again in the future, and recommend them wholeheartedly to other education institutions.

The experience was great as we were able to visit many of the places in France. It would have been better to just travel with our own full group so we could have tailored the time and tours more. We did have an amazing time!

What made my experience great in Greece…
What made my experience great in Greece was our EF guide Ralu. She was awesome. She was very informative, kind and great company. All the local guides we had were also great. They knew their history and were great to keep our attention. The hotels, food and all the experiences were fantastic, makes you want to go back.

Great trip, Great Itinerary. Best tour Director ever!! 40 people trip executed flawlessly. Food was better than expected. Will definitely go again! Milan, Cinque Terre, Monaco, Nice & Barcelona 9 days.

The variety of tours was a plus……
The variety of tours was a plus… historical, archeological, indigenous, fun, new experiences ( funicular, cable car, war museum artifacts), creative ( Graffiti cafe); lazar tag, RCMP Ride, enough free time; opportunities for students to swim and rest knowing security was on the job!
The included dinner meals were not appreciated by the students ; our group leader should have been made aware that we could have opted for a tour package where students could but their own meals. Adult chaperones found the dinner meals to be a variety and generous.
The final details of getting to the airport and the very early morning flight caused a lot of stress before our departure for the tour. It didn’t seem like EF Tours realized we had a 2 hour drive to the closest airport.

Meals are selected to accommodate a wide range of preferences and ages, though we understand that students and adults may experience these differently. Groups can choose touring options with fewer included meals, and we regret if that alternative wasn’t clearly communicated to your Group Leader. Your feedback has been shared with our teams to reinforce the importance of discussing meal options during planning.
We also understand how stressful early departure details can be, particularly when a group must travel a significant distance to reach the airport. Your comments about communication and consideration of drive time have been shared with our operations and flights teams for review.

It was nice to have a schedule of events for each day. The kids enjoyed all the places they visited. Hotel accommodations could have been a little better so they wouldn’t have had to share beds.
