Loved it, they take great care for your kids, educate them and they all have a blast. 3rd kid gone on an EF tour with School and I will definitely send more.

Flights-Saskatoon to Toronto to Montreal to Paris. Too many flight changes. Had only 2 hours in Toronto, so if the Saskatoon flight had been delayed we very easily could have missed our flight to Montreal and quite possibly the flight to Paris as well. Maybe just give more time if there is a connection. Or better yet, less connections! Thankfully all our flights were on time and no issues.
I would not recommend using the Villa Margherita hotel. 2 person rooms were VERY small and WIFI was VERY poor. WIFI is very important these days!
Food-Breakfasts were pretty good. Dinners were disappointing. Many dinners were the same-pasta & pasta sauce & tiramisu for dessert. Have more options for travellers.
Bus drivers were fantastic. Friendly & very good at their job.
All tour guides that we had (unfortunately, I don't remember all their names) were absolutely wonderful. Very knowledgeable, friendly & interactive. They made the tours fun & interesting.
Daria Festari-our most amazing Tour Leader!!! 10 STARS for Daria. She was very friendly and helpful in every way possible. She even helped me mail postcards back home to my family. If I ever do a EF Tour again, I would hope to have Daria as a leader again!
Overall, our trip was amazing! Nothing that would turn me away from EF Tours. These are just some suggestions on things that I would like to see improvement on.

Beginning to end everyone knew their job and went above and beyond. When protests were about to break out, and block out exit from Ireland, our Tour Director and bus driver kept us one step ahead of the shut down. The weather was glorious and the food wonderful!

The group my son was on had an excessively long layover in Toronto. EF arranged a tour or Toronto for the students. It was a great way for them to be "hometown" tourists. Enabled them to see part of our country. The tour guide in Europe was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Overall a great experience. Lifelong memories were made

Good but rushed.

We had 2 busses and the EF tour guide on one bus was very informative, but we found the other was not as informative. Some stops felt very rushed, but understandable as we were trying to fit as many sights as possible into a 9 day tour. Direct flights from Calgary to Japan would have been better (this is offered through Westjet) rather than the 6-7 hour layover we had in Vancouver.

The hotels we stayed at were fine, but the breakfasts left something to be desired. For one hotel, we had to walk 10 minutes to a different spot for breakfast, which consisted of salad and cold noodles, and at another hotel, there was not enough space for our party of 49 plus all other guests trying to eat at the same time. Hotels with larger eating spaces could be a consideration for the future. The exception to this was the Smoke Pipe hotel, which had a fantastic buffet for both dinner and breakfast and provided yukatas to wear, which both the students and staff really appreciated.

The excursions to Enoshima Island and Miyajima island were highlights, and we could have spent a half a day at each rather than a couple of hours. We also could have used more than a couple of hours shopping in the Harajuku district, as there was so much to see.

Overall, a great tour.

Our Tour guide Jackie was amazing. Very knowledgable and very personable. She is great with both the students and the chaperones. Also our driver was the best we have had yet. Amazing what he can do with a bus that size on the roads thats are so windy and narrow. His personality was also a great fit for our tour. Very funny and friendly! I would recommend both Jackie and Micheal to anyone that is planning a trip. Also a quick shout out to Roy who stepped in for one day of rJackie, he was also amazing.

The tour guide was stellar. Could do better in hotels and hotel food but overall it was agreat trip

The guide was amazing. Really knowledgeable and personable. The kids really liked him. Great variety of experiences so kids had fun while learning.

We had an amazing time in Costa Rica. We experienced so many new things and learned so much about it from our amazing tour director Jacqueline.

Both my kids recently went on the tour of Germany, Italy and Switzerland and had the best time! They were so sad the tour ended and they had to come home! Highly recommend!!

Not enough time at some locations, not enough time to shop at the prime locations, some of the food was questionable.

Traveling with EF was fantastic! I loved how enthusiastic & knowledgeable our tour director, Pasquel, was. Seeing so many sites in such a short period of time maximized our exposure to Europe. I would recommend traveling with EF to everyone.

Food provided was terrible. chicken fingers and fries in italy, beef stew 3 nights in a row, dry chunk of turkey on rice in france. For the amount we paid much better food could be provided or at least some choice, just one dish no options at all. Our guide Aggi was excellent, friendly and very knowledgeable. She made the extra effort to help us out when we had some issues with the bus and at hotels.

Our guide, Matthias, was wonderful. He was knowledgeable, personable and interacted with everyone in our trip. I think he truly set the tone for a fabulous experience.

Trip to Italy was a wonderful experience overall. The hotels were decent, the food was consistently good, and the tour guides truly stood out—they were knowledgeable, engaging, and made the trip especially memorable. We managed to jam a lot into a week!
