Very poor customer service. I dealt with Ellie regarding a booking and cancellation, and she was unable to answer basic questions about what would happen to the money I'd already paid.

I was simply told she didn't deal with refunds, but no one could explain when or how the remaining balance would be returned.

The communication was unclear and the whole process felt disorganised. I expected much better, especially after paying in full.

Hopefully they improve their customer service and communication.

The team turned up on time ready to start work they did a excellent job in the loft in the middle of a heat wave they were pleasant and professional at all times. Thank you

After a slightly bumpy start with miscommunication about the date of the work, I can not fault the company.
The team who undertook the work were the loveliest lads imaginable. My parents are vulnerable and were treated respectfully and with kindness.
It was unbearably hot and hard work and the team cracked on, keeping us informed and tidying up diligently after.
The lads were so sweet, it was sad to see them go and it felt like we had an addition to the family for a couple of days.
I would highly recommend this company for their professionalism, hard work, great staff and diligence.

The team who came to my house to carry out the removal of spray foam in the loft. Were respectful of my home and myself. They kept me informed all the way through the job. They cleaned up after the work was finished. Excellent job done Excellent customer service and communication. Highly recommend.

The team (7 strong) were polite, respectful of the property and undertook a hot and dirty job of insulation removal / replacement over four plus days with general cheerfulness. We were pleased with the final job.

From the time I had the Spray Foam installed, I was not happy with what I was hearing about this type of installation.
I did my research which in hindsight should’ve been done beforehand, but circumstances for we’re very different then.
I was getting constant cold calling saying that the foam should be removed and to be quite honest after being somewhat persuaded to have the foam installed I didn’t trust anyone.
After some time I managed to find a contact the Spray firm advice site and from that moment on I started to feel better in myself.
They gave me advice recommended reliable companies and I was very pleased with the company that I finally went with including the fact that I received a sur report post removal.

Crew that removed the spray foam were absolutely lovely and worked well. Only one problem, they’d, I assume, inadvertently pulled the aerial connection apart so I had to have an aerial company out to reconnect it

The company efficiently carried out the rent of the foam and payment was processed quickly. Communication throughout was exceptional. Many thanks for a well executed job.

Courteous and done the job very well indeed. Left the house looking tidy and vacuumed up the spray foam that had deposited itself in other places.

Great service from survey to completion.Team arrived on time completed all work to a very high standard which included insulating an inner garage wall and completely sealing the outside of our quite large bungalow. Work carried out over two days, any debris removed . A great team of workers , just didn’t stop until the job completed. No hesitation in recommending this company to do a competent quality job, thankyou guys.

Communication was outstanding from the very beginning. After the initial survey carried out by Vivek, everything was clearly explained and we were given a very clear plan. This gave us confidence in the process from the start.

Excellent communication from Shakira at Head Office (who kept me informed of the installation process & timings) & Viv, the Surveyor He was extremely knowledgeable & explained in depth the issues with the current attic insulation, walked me through it & demonstrated what needed to be done.
All my queries were answered.

The installation team:-Sam, (Manager), Mack & Jamil worked extremely hard, were respectful of my home, kept me informed by showing me their progress & explaining each stage.
