Great communication and reminders as to when my appointment was. Helpful in rescheduling for me. Engineer was efficient and got the job done. Also agreed to take his shoes off which is a plus for me! Also competitive rates.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with please do not use them! They are a scam! I paid for a power flush of four radiators. On their website they stated that they would individually flush each heater which was a lie and blaten forse advertising. Efan their head heating engineer does not communicate English well and does not know how to do the job he left the property without heating and only flushed one heater. The other staff answering the phone are very rude and unhelpful. All they have is excuses when they can't do the job they was paid to do.

Awful customer service. Couldn’t complete boiler inspection even though another engineer was able to & didn’t even try to resolve. Also turned up at a time I stated wouldn’t work & charged a £50 rescheduling fee without advising in advance.

As per the name of the company itself they are efficient. They are felxible to work around the tenant's schedule in order to find a mutually convenient time to carry out the inspection visits.
