Awfully moist for 200 day aging? Flavor pretty good but feel I will use it as flavoring in dishes and not serve it thinly sliced between biscuits or on its own like really good Smithfield ham.

My favorite ham. There's no waste. The leftover pieces used to make a tasty split pea soup.

Wigwam is supposed to be aged ,dark mahogany and salty. This was none of those. Somebody does not know what they are doing. I bought a lot of Edwards products before the fire. Sad to say I will not be purchasing any more.

The ham is delicious, perfectly cooked and nice and tender. Made a great gift for my parents and meal for New Year's. I wish there were some promotional codes for repeat customers but this is still a great ham.

The ham was delicious. I’ve bought one every Thanksgiving for the past 3 years. My only concern was it didn’t last near as long as the package said it would refrigerated and I had to throw out a lot.

Great taste. Happy not to have to soak and cook a whole ham. Easier to slice also.

The first part of the ham was very tasty. However, as I reached the middle the meat was yellowed and brown and was mushy. I had to toss over one-half of the meat. I was disappointed. tom
