Good flavor, would have preferred less salt (although we did the 12 hour soak). Length was a challenge but luckily it shrank during cooking.

I followed the directions. The ham took hours longer than the directions to get to temperature. The ham did not taste the greatest. We threw out the ham.

It became our family tradition to purchase a country ham in holiday season. Used to buy it from local grocery store and they don't carry it anymore since pandemic. Had to order online which was a big disadvantage of living in the south. Tried a few websites and but were not as good as before. Glad to find Edwards country ham which is even better than I remembered. That was 3 years ago. The taste is wonderful, just like heaven. Please keep up the good work. I'll keep supporting you.

After following all the instructions. The ham was inedible . The salt was too much for us to eat. Big expense big disappointment.

We purchase beef, pork, and poultry that are raised in the U.S. by reputable sources. All products come from animals that have been fed commercially formulated feeds. All meat products are USDA inspected and approved.
We soaked the ham. Steamed it covered. Pulled.off the rind. Cross-hatched and glazed. The meat was AMAZING. It was a meal to remember! Great.kob, Edwards!

This is the finest ham I've ever had. After years and years of buying sub-par grocery store water injected, artificial chemical smoke flavoring, and who knows what else, we finally decided to try a true Country ham, and, well that was 4 years ago, and we've been buying them ever since. These are truly the finest hams you can buy, and that's no bs! As far as ordering and shipping, that too is nearly as perfect as the ham itself. If your looking for the good stuff, you have found it.

I have not had a ham like that in over 30 years I used to really enjoy them as a youngster and thi s year I decided to treat myself and found yall on the internet glad I found yall as it is a very good product
