I joined Edureka with high hopes, trusting in their promises of a smooth and professional learning experience tailored for working professionals. Unfortunately, the reality has been deeply frustrating and disappointing.

It’s been over three months since I reported an issue with their mobile application — a critical tool for someone like me who depends on flexibility. To date, the issue remains unresolved, and the support team has been completely unresponsive. Multiple follow-ups have led nowhere.

What’s worse, the same team that was constantly in touch during the joining process now simply tells me to "report to the support team" — the same team that doesn't respond. I even called their support number (89517 55400) and waited for 19 minutes with no answer.

As a full-time working professional, my weekends and mornings are precious. I enrolled in this course to learn efficiently, not to spend my weekends stressed out, scrambling for a laptop because the app won’t allow me to join live classes. Because of this, I’m missing valuable interaction with instructors and falling behind with backlogs. And no — watching recordings is not the same when you’ve paid for live, interactive sessions.

This experience has taken a serious toll on me emotionally and mentally. I feel ignored, unsupported, and misled. I paid lakhs of rupees for this course — not for silence, not for unresolved issues, and certainly not for ruined weekends.

I have asked to be moved to the next batch under Mr. Ranjith, and I’m not joining another class until this is resolved.

If you're considering Edureka, think twice — especially if you're expecting genuine support and a seamless experience.

Absolutely horrible, a nightmare experience! I was given wrong info on the course I wanted to take (Selenium), there is grading that I do not wish for and live lessons were in wrong time zone, which means I could not participate in introduction. When I asked for a refund BEFORE my very first lesson (the first live session was introduction), they refused since it does not conform with their 3-day rule. If you are from Europe, stay away from Edureka.

I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding continuous unauthorized deductions from my credit card by Edureka.

Since September, an amount of 489 AED has been deducted from my card eight times, totaling approximately 4,000 AED (equivalent to 91,000 INR). This is far beyond the originally agreed course fee of 41,000 INR (after discount), as committed by your sales consultant, Ms. Arpita.

Additionally, I had clearly requested the cancellation of the course on the third day after subscription, but was informed that my request was declined based on the claim that I had exceeded a 6-hour usage limit within the 72-hour period—which was never communicated to me at the time of enrollment.

I have also raised multiple support tickets previously regarding this issue, but no proper resolution was provided. Even if my cancellation request was declined, I fail to understand why deductions exceeding the agreed course amount are being charged to my account. The total deducted amount is now more than double the agreed course fee, which is completely unjustified and unacceptable.

Moreover, after receiving the initial payment, their sales consultant Ms. Arpita became completely unresponsive, leaving me with no support or clarification.

This entire experience has been extremely disappointing, and I consider this practice to be unethical, unauthorized, and financially exploitative toward students.

They included a very bad instructor for the Post Graduate Program in DevOps from Purdue University, and when we complained about the instructor, they refused to do anything! I paid a lot of money for that program. Just use Udemy, everyone.

One instructor teaches ALL their DevOps courses. This is a scam.

Edureka’s customer service is a nightmare. I requested a simple invoice for my Full Stack Web Development Masters course for tax purposes, and after multiple emails, they keep sending the wrong one. Their support is unresponsive, and even after 30+ minutes on hold, no one picks up. Avoid them unless you want frustration and incompetence. I’ll be escalating this issue further.

I had enrolled for the Post Graduate program in Generative AI & ML from Edureka. One of the pre-requisite was "Python programming for AI & ML; which was taken by Industry pioneered Instructor named Mayank. The sessions were really insightful with lot of focus on data structures, using coding samples. All the doubts were cleared during the sessions. I would highly recommend this course to all who would like to learn Python for AI & ML.

Edureka is v supportive. The PDP in Gen AI and ML program is what I was looking for. The instructor is a subject matter expert who explains the concepts logically. As a lecturer, I do appreciate his teaching methodogies.

Before enrolling, they promised unlimited batch access, but now there are no options available. I raised a query, but there has been no response so far. The contact number provided on the website is incorrect or faulty. I genuinely feel that I have wasted my money with Edureka.

I recently bought a Data Analytics course with a plan to start early February 2025. I had 3 sales person followed up with me until I bought the course. I asked for special support to do this course. After purchasing the course. The sales person ignored all my messages and my requests for support. Now, February is few days away and still no information about the start date for the course and no one contacting by WhatsApp as they do when selling courses. I asked for a cancellation and refund and was told no way to get my money back.
So disappointed.

I am pursuing a course in LLMS and React JS from Edureka and I am fully satisfied with the curriculum and the trainer provided.
Very few live courses for LLMs are available in the market and It was a great decision for me to take up the course.
I have taken these programs for adding in my skills bucket and as a part of requirement in my current project and its really helping me in performing my tasks.

I purchased a program and the second money was transferred, all contact and support disappeared. I have contacted them multiple times. Each time, I was told someone would fix it in 24hours. They have phone numbers for 'grievances' and support on their website that are out of service. They don't update payment history and order history. I would love to see their actual company. I imagine a couple of cardboard boxes and one old flip phone. Their trainers aren't bad but everything else is pathetic
