I am extremely disappointed with my experience with EducUp.

The app asked me to pay approximately $49 immediately in order to continue, without showing me a single sample lesson or giving me any meaningful preview of the actual course format and content.

I made the payment, and after accessing the lessons, I realised within less than 5 minutes that the course was completely below my expectations and not what I was looking for.

I immediately requested a full refund. Despite the fact that I contacted them almost immediately after the purchase and have not used the course since requesting the refund, my request was refused simply because I had accessed the content.

In my opinion, this is an extremely unfair customer experience. Customers should be able to understand what they are paying for before being required to purchase full access. Showing no sample lesson and then refusing a refund within minutes of purchase leaves the customer with no reasonable opportunity to make an informed decision.

I am not satisfied with how this matter has been handled and will be pursuing the matter further through the appropriate consumer protection and payment dispute channels.

Completed 24 hour FL continuing ed for adjuster licensing. It was thorough and educational. Easy to navigate. Many lesson quizzes to reinforce the information. The exams were well made and easy to navigate. They included a feature to skip the question so that it could be answered later.

The course was easy to monuvier, understand and accessible to my schedule. I definitely would recommend for all with busy schedules!!

I recently used EducUp to complete my continuing education requirements in mental health, and overall it was a great experience.The content itself felt well organized and genuinely up to date, which matters a lot in this field since best practices and guidelines are always evolving. I also liked that EducUp offers a solid variety of courses covering different topics within mental health CE, so it was easy to find options that were actually relevant to my practice rather than generic filler content.
The lessons were clear and easy to follow, without feeling rushed or overly academic
What stood out most to me was how smooth the entire process was from start to finish. I went from taking the courses to receiving my certificate quickly, with no unnecessary back-and-forth or technical headaches, which isn't always the case with other CE platforms I've tried.
Overall, I'd recommend EducUp to other mental health professionals who need a reliable and practical way to stay compliant with their CE requirements without adding extra stress to an already busy schedule

Very easy to navigate. They make taking the exams really easy. You just need to read the questions carefully.

I have taken courses from 2 other companies, but I must say that I prefer EducUp! The other programs allowed you to take until you passed as well, and I was blessed to pass the 1st time, I like that I can have the information read to me and the questions were not tricky. I also liked that you could make an immediate comment in regard to a question where their answer was actually wrong for them to correct! I can use this program again!!!!

The platform is clear, well organized, and the content is practical and up to date, which really makes a difference. The quizzes are very helpful for reinforcing concepts, and being able to repeat them is key.

Thanks to EducUp, I was able to prepare effectively and pass. In addition, once you become an agent, you can complete your continuing education and renew your license every two years through the platform.

I would recommend it to anyone looking to enter the insurance industry or expand their licenses in Florida.
