order was placed on 24th of May
order was placed on 24th of May, top part was on time, but then the other part of the order did not arrive. my wife rang up many times to sort it. finally got the next part on 12th of June.

Absolutely brilliant products
Absolutely brilliant products. The emotional footballs have been a massive hit with the children and adults as we played circle games and bouncing the balls in the water, throwing, catching expressing verbally each emotion as they play.
The sensory bottles haven’t been used yet but look so pretty especially when you tip them up and see the colours mix together.

I used your butterfly life-cycle model in my reception class for a story sack about Christopher’s Caterpillars by Charlotte Middleton. The children loved the realistic depictions and it held up to their handling.

Good puzzles.
Great value for money. A set of varied puzzles for toddlers. The pieces are a good proportion for the intended age range, our grandchildren having no problems handling the pieces. Very good all round.

Won't buy from them again
Ordered items for children with sensory issues. One of them didn't like the material so we asked to return and exchange. They don't do returns and would charge us £20 (item was £23)

Hello, I'm sorry to see this review. Over our emails you requested to return the cushion yourself and a return address was provided for you. This option is to just send the item back to us with a courier of your own choosing. I have been waiting for your tracking information which was also on our emails.
The £20 collection price is purely just another option we have if you didn't want to send the product back yourself and have it collected from your home. You do not have to take this option at all. Its just an extra service we can help to provide.
Also, over your email you never asked for an exchange of the item just that you wanted to return it as it was 'too fluffy'. I would of been able to arrange an exchange for you if this was preferred.
We do accepts returns and exchanges if requested. If you have returned the cushion already, would you mind just emailing us at care@educationaltoys.co.uk with the tracking details and I will confirm with our warehouse and arrange your refund for you.
Not very supportive
Sent email requesting info on B4 Adventure Cosmic Mini Golf - 5 Hole Course and the reply was very cutting and did not provide any information on where I could part i asked about. the second email was when did the golf set get shipped, again cutting reply about not open over bank holiday, when i open the package one of the balls did not light up and is not working i didn't even send a request for a new one because i don't think they would even bother to reply.

Hello, looking back on your email to us, you asked if the set was in stock and if the mat in the picture was also included. We replied with the information that the set was available in stock and that the mat in the photo was not included with the set. A picture of the full contents of the set was also attached in the email for you. We did not receive any further emails from you with any other questions on this matter.
You placed your order with us on Good Friday (29/03/2024) I'm afraid the warehouse was closed on this date and did not return until Tuesday 2nd April. Your order was sent to the warehouse on Tuesday 2nd April and dispatched on Wednesday 3rd April. Standard delivery is 5-7 working business days. Your order arrived within 3 days on Friday 5th April.
We replied to both your emails with the information requested. It's unsure to how we could of provided a faster service over the bank holiday.
If one of the items in your set if faulty then we will happily get this corrected for you. Can you please just email us with your order details and a photo and this can be arranged. Many thanks
